Dont come here if you are looking for a payday loan. Go to money tree or others, this place is so bad. After you applied online, they send your info to somewhere else and get a reply back few days later when other companies can do it on the spot. Not even sure what they do with your information. Worst part is, they can still denied you for no reason on a payday loan when you meet their requirements, bors beware.

I keep calling/going in to try to get a loan, but their system has been down for almost 4 months! Every time I ask when it will be up and running, they give me a false date. When I call back to confirm if the system is up and running they give me a new date. Kind of weird.

Been with them for a while and all I can say is they are outstanding. They understand if you can't come in they will help make sure you can still pay off on time. They always treat you with respect and they always keep their office clean. Will definitely be recommending them to people.

Never ever use these people. They are scammers! 5-6 years ago I borrowed some money. I was late paying it back, so I went down to the office in person to make the payment. Gave the guy at the counter the cash, he counted it and I believe I signed something. At that point I stopped using them. Then this week I get a collection letter in the mail,saying I still owe them the money! Obviously, the guy at the counter pocketed the money! SCAMMERS!

This place is BS, the employees Are so arrogant and Impolite, sometimes they don't have cash when You need it, then they asking You they can borrow you the money Via E-transfer this is a BS, because You need to wait two days after you apply to get your cash, I already informed to Legal- Aid Lawyers about My Personal Information with this Bad company Because I Don't Trust in them, People be Aware about Your Personal information They also Are asking for Your bank stament, I switched to Pay2Pay I Highly Recommended interest charges no bad 15% and Great service People very Polite

Was, I repeat WAS a returning customer.Used their services every few months if required.Today I went in for a loan and was asked very invasive and offensive questions about my account history.What business is it of theirs why I took money from my account?I was asked what I used the withdrawal for?!?None of your business in any way shape or form.The clerk behind the counter says something about gambling.I borrow from community cash about once every three months pay what is owed on time or before due in full Every time.This warrants invasive, offensivepersonal questions about my personal spending.Then when I asked him to shred my documents he admits they still have my personal informationin the system.Will NEVER return!

The staff are super friendly and helpful,the loan process only takes 10 minutes tops. Their open 7 days a week and you can do your loan on line or in person and the interest rate is cheaper than all the competers.

0 STARS!!! If you have a choice of where to get a payday loan DO NOT CHOOSE Community Cash. They have lost my confidential documents more than once. And pretend it’s your fault instead of taking ownership for their mistakes. They are rude and play the victim if you show any kind of emotion. I was speaking to the assistant manager and I told him I would get the documents he needed AGAIN and call him back in 15 minutes. He neglected to tell me he would be gone for the day. Then when they finally have everything they tell you they can’t help you until Monday. If I could give them a negative star review I would, but unfortunately you have to give them at least one In order to post a review. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. DO NOT USE COMMUNITY CASH!!!!

Extremely negative experience with them. How they run the system is like stonge age. Very slow and inefficient. Applied for loan online and they said their system is down so I had to go there in person. They require 90 days bank statements however I closed that bank and started new one, so they ask me to go to the nearest bank branch which was like 20 minutes away for statement. After 1 hour of waiting in line and walking, came back. Then??? Rejected!!!! They tackle on every deposit I made in my bank account. This was the least flexible and archaic loan company I ever encountered.
