We've been with James for over a decade now. We are very happy that we went with him since we brought our first car. This is an insurance company that always has someone to help and answer your questions. We love you guys. Even we move to Kitchener/Waterloo area but we are still with them. Thank you so much James. When my state farm broker retired and transferred all his clients to James, I was nervous I wouldn’t get the same care. Now I have had all of my insurance needs with James for more years than I can remember, I was silly to be nervous! He is always amazing to work with. I had a really bad experience with my previous Insurance Agent and i was put in a unfavourable position.Then along came David Carvell who saved the day and got me covered on my new motorcycle. He went above and behind to get me the best coverage and in an expedited fashion. I was caught in a bind and Mr. Carvell came through.Also Tamara Khader is amazing very friendly and helpful. She had reached out several times to check in on me and my progress, she was even able to save me some money and on a fee.I can rest assured that im in good competent hands

James is a great guy and runs a great office. James has served me for over 5 years. If you want an insurance office that actually sincerely cares about you and will be with you every step of the way during a claim, then this office is for you. I love that it is actually possible to call and talk to James rather than deal with a call centre.

I would like to use this opportunity to thank Bhawana Nanda for her expertise and intense efforts in reinstatement of my policy..She is one of the rare picks that an Insurance office should always be having..Her office should be proud to have Bhawana as she takes whole ownership and would always go out of the box to help the clients in every possible ways. The greatest quality about Bhawana is her communication with clients. You will be impressed with her level of service and guidance.However, the only pain point is that James office didn't reduce the cost of Insurance even with a very clean driving record, I had to pay couple of bucks more which I wish could be waived off :)I would surely recommend James, office for all your auto insurance needs.

Head straight to this office if you have any car insurance needs! This is the most impressive insurance company I have worked with.I recently moved from British Columbia to Ontario for graduate school. Most of my driving record was actually in the USA, so you can see I have a complex case to deal with! Despite this, James and his entire team gathered around me and worked their butts off (for many hours) to help me get the insurance rate I deserve as an experienced driver. Felt with James office 8 years ago, sadly I had to leave because there old motorcycle pricing was too high to justify staying with them. There service went above and beyond what I would of expected from anywhere. Sadly I left and they completely understood why. There new pricing for my gsxr1000 is amazing and I'm glad to be back with them, even though I have moved 1.5hrs away they will always be the best people to deal with as far as insurance goes."
