Waterford Medical and Walk-In Centre

Update: I wrote this review 45 minutes ago and a doctor from the office (not even my doctor) called me about it… Saying that what I said was a “disgrace”? Real professional! She was practically calling me a liar, but what would it benefit me to say the things I did if it weren’t true? Take one look at the other reviews and stay as far as you can away from this place.Never had a worse experience with a Doctors office in my entire life. I have been a patient for a few years and God only knows why I haven’t switched out of this place.If you want a Doctor whose office never answers calls, never returns voicemails, and cancels appointments without your knowledge, this is the place for you.If I could rate this place 0 stars, you bet I would.

Love my doctor but the ladies at the front desk are so rude and clueless. I also speak and understand the punjabi language but it's very inappropriate that they speak it at the front and say rude things about patients under their breath. How is one person suppose to heal if the middle man aka the receptionist won't do their part in the healing process.

Had the worst experience of my life!Never imagined that I could feel this way at a place where I went with my health issues & thought would get better.The front desk girls have zero experience, zero professionalism, would never pick your call, never call back on voicemails, don't know how to talk to people.They don't know that they are sitting in a medical clinic & people come there to get solution for their health issues.This is not it, the doctor tells you that this will remain the same way so you can decide if you are ok to tolerate this every-time then you can come.Was feeling even worst after going to that clinic…

Horrible horrible horrible experience I had at this clinic today, doctor was so rude, this a worst experience, patients visit a doctor for their health concerns to be heard and addressed but doctor was complaining for having too many patients in a day that he can’t handle it, then why are you in this profession? And even he said find a another doctor if you people are not ok with waiting for 1or 2 at clinic for your turn even after booking an appoinment. I mean if doctor is too stressed, understandable they do work long hours but this doesn’t mean that they should take their frustrations out on the patients. I have never written a. Review ever in my life but this I had to do, because I don’t want anyone else to feel or face what I have encountered today not everyone mentally strong, this kind of behaviour can disturb anyone’s mental state.

Please expect to wait for hours even after booking an appointment days ahead. They won’t pick your phone in the first place. The receptionists are rude specially the guy. Zero empathy, zero people skills.

The services that I receive from waterford walk in clinic is excellent. Dr. Maan and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friends.

Front desk never picks up phone nor responds to voice messages. Tried calling front desk for over an hour and no response.Called inhouse Pharmacy and they confirmed front desk girl is in today and sitting in her desk….Perhaps clinic knows that patients will still come to clinic as there is acute shortage of doctors across Canada…… but still is the patient/customer service you offers??

I took my daughter to see Dr. Maan last week because of a problem she was having. Dr. Maan was so kind while treating her and explaining to me with patience what the problem was until I fully understood. He then guided me to their pharmacy where I met Dr. Harjot, she looked carefully and took her time to give my daughter the best care and explained how the medicine worked and the specifics of it. Thank you so much for the time and effort you guys put into treating her, she is never scared when I tell her she has a doctors appointment because she knows she's going to see you!

I had a great experience with the front staff . They were very welcoming and attentive to my needs, and I appreciated their friendly demeanor.
