Great experience! Went on Sunday, I was planning on going to a busier spot and NOWHERE had any appointments for the day-of (my mistake for not booking in advance). This salon seems to be a hidden gem because it wasn't too busy on a Sunday afternoon, and it's right on the edge of London--between Kilworth and Byron. Definitely will be returning, Nancy was the sweetest!

This is one of my self care places. I sometimes even fall asleep on the massage chairs while getting a pedicure. The ladies are very friendly too. Love going there

my nails are crooked, and none of the nails match, they are all different shapes and sizes. she messed up on my nails 3 times and still charged me 68$ for really bad acrylics

I am new to London and I tried out this place and absolutely loved it! I did gel overlay on my natural nails at a very affordable price and they lasted me more than a month with no chipping or lifting. I just got my second set done there and had a good experience again. I would definitely recommend them!

Terrible experience and would not return. Had a booked appt for 330 and wasn’t seen until 415. Other walk ins were seen before me. They take as many people as they possibly can so I don’t understand why they make appointments for customers. I waited another half hour after my pedicure to get my nails done and still hadn’t been seen. I left after waiting 2 whole hours.Oh and the pedicure was terrible. My feet were left rough and all the nails were cut slanted. It’s over priced for their services.

It took an hour and 40 minutes to get French shellac! My nails are filed crooked the French tips are painted all differently. Two of my nails she got paint all over and she kept ramming my hands into the heat lamp causing them to have bump marks.

I have been going to Unique since they opened pre-COVID in March 2020. I adore Susan and the girls - you can tell they take pride in their work and love what they do. I had gel for the longest time, and now switched to just shellac due to cost saving. they truly do great work and incredible designs!The reason why I am giving them a 3 is because ever since things opened up fully" this past Spring
