Always lateDrivers always rudeEspecially that short guy he is very rudeStanding at the airport near the 115 bus stop n the drive park at a distance where everyone could see him n it is cold outside n it’s 8:18 pm happening right now

Convenient location for grabbing a bus located adjacent to the Bramalea City centre thou getting to it from the mall in inclement weather leaves you exposed, same too for getting on or off the buses.However the terminal is clean organized and facilities movement be it direct or switching buses relatively easy.Indoor space and kiosk for purchase of tickets or Presto cards available.

Totally badIts so worst the buses are never on time always shows delayed then departed 18 southbound services are totally disappointingThey must improve it ..

you can fill up your presto here, and the 501 to york uni takes a while to get to the terminal around the evening time

Nice terminal. Clean and security personnel will remind passengers waiting to wear their mask while waiting.

A old punjabi lady working in the terminal office knows nothing about presto card or her job, didn’t listen to my issue at all and started giving me judgement about how I loaded my card wrong using the app, that makes me think if she is even capable to sit there as a CSR!

The security guards show way too much attitude without any reason. Due to COVID, I haven’t been travelling much and did not know where the exits and entrances at the terminal were. I was shown unnecessary attitude for not knowing. I confronted the security guard to only receive more attitude. By not doing anything wrong, I don’t think it’s right to treat your passengers like this. On top of this, few of the drivers are insanely rude. We are all going through a tough time, we do not need additional and unnecessary attitude from your staff. I hope you look into this and train your staff to treat your passengers with respect.

15 northbound, 5:30 pm, 13 may 2023. Bus driver is in the room from last 30 mins. Please do something about this. This is not a right thing to waste people time.

The system of brampton bus service is totally broken now. 3 buses in row misses never come on time and the driver don’t care about the schedules ,they run the buses in their own comfort zone . 15 routes buses sucks the most. Morning drivers will come 6-7 minutes early or either 5-6 late, never on time. And Ofcourse shows on time when u check on google maps after 2-3 minutes it shows departed.
