Swiss Chalet
I was convinced the chicken wrap that I got came out of a freezer, it was so cold it hurt my teeth to chew. It was colder than the pickle I got on my plate. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, our server was nice, very to the point though. she didn't try to make any small talk. She was clearly in a rush though, from what we could see she was the only waitress on the floor. Overall definitely is not the best swiss chalet experience I've had.

This was my first time here and I must say the staffs are 5/5. Very friendly and helpful. Food was also good. The quantity of was really good and price was reasonable. The place was Clean and organized. The only thing I did not like is when I saw my extra side of mashed potato the plate wasn’t clean if you look the orange border there was 2 spot what I assumed or looked like old dry food. However, I did not tell anything to the server as she was super busy and I got enough amount of rice already.

The food was delicious and Jolanda, Our server was wonderful. She was friendly and professional and very attentive.We had the fish and chips that was haddock and came with a mountain of fries and side of delicious coleslaw. We also had chicken and shrimp that was on special and really good.Lastly, two of us shared the classic 1/4 chicken and baked potato with a side of coleslaw (I don’t eat lots but it was enough for us both)I highly recommend this place! Thanks Jolanda for making our occasion even nicer.

Just ordered today for dinner. And they sent us an expired dressing for the salad. We called the restaurant and the lady staff doesn’t do anything. It is there responsibility to check their food stocks expiration dates to ensure the safety of the customers.

We went here for a late lunch. Getting seated was an issue. They seemed short of staff and the MOD was a bit rude. The food was good. However, the chickens they are cooking are getting pretty small. Our waitress was good and she was very friendly. We like the decor of the restaurant as well.

First. Hostess was rude.We understand that it Father's day and busy........so how about having enough staff on hand.We arrived at 4:50 and were seated by 5:25, at 7:05 we still don't have our food.Needless to say we won't be eating here again at anytime.My wife is a big fan of Swiss Chalet and we eat there at least once a month.It just won't be at this location as this is the second time in a row with unfriendly staff and poor service.

Food was good, Swiss Chalet usually is. Service and cleanliness was horrendous. Our booth was covered in crumbs, silverware was dirty, etc. The was an issue with the Nashville promo, but the manager corrected it. Service was extremely slow though.

I've never seen a Swiss Chalet so busy before. It felt like everyone decided to dine at or order skip the dishes from Swiss Chalet.They were so short staffed the manager was our server for the evening.Beautifully decorated for Christmas despite incredibly slow service.There were a row of skip the dishes drivers lined up waiting for orders for at least 25 minutes. I felt so bad for them.
