Green Terra Dry Cleaners

This is honestly the best dry-cleaning business that I have ever used. They have the best prices, provide their services in a timely fashion, and are all around great people too. I'll be back again and again with my business clothes.

Don't go there if you really need to get your cloths back on time. I was new to neighborhood, I chose this dry cleaner based on their good reviews. I dropped two night dresses to be picked up in 3 days, a day before I was going on vacation for holidays. Went there around 7PM , store was closed ( supposed to close at 8). I tried to call them, no one picked up. I tried their website and wrote my note to owner , but the contact section didn't work and my message didn't go through. I thought to stop by on my way to airport , called them next day , no one answered , voice mail box was full. Long story short, I couldn't take my dresses with me and when I came back from my trip I went there and I told the staff , owner's son, that I don't want to pay full price for dresses that I couldn't get on time. He had no sense of customer care and he didn't realize how important it is in their line of business to be punctual. Some customers might bring their cloths there to wear in an occasion that can not wait, you can not just close the store an hour earlier. If anything urgent at least leave a number to contact for customers that might need their cloths back. He was like, I am not sure, I am not allowed to do anything, come back when owner is here, I have to talk to my dad...

It was my first time coming here.I came in to get my zipper fixed on my winter jacket. The owner let me know of the prices it could potentially cost me. In the meantime he was fiddling with my coat and actually ended up fixing it by hand. No cost. Great customer service, and will be back!

This is an excellent business run with a great deal of pride and dedication by a very nice family. I've had consistently great experiences here, and am always surprised by the speed of turnaround (seldom am I told to return in 2 days). Pricing is as good as it gets especially when considering the excellent and consistent service. I drive out of my way to come here

During Covid they said they weren't doing same service due to less business. I explained that I needed the pants dry-cleaned the next day for a wedding. The owner said he could accommodate me and have them the same day, which he did. Great customer service.

Worst dry cleaners. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Too expensive and the work done on my clothes is terrible. WillNot go back

This place is so reliable - I have been using Green Terra for the past year and it has been great service. I really love that the services are ion-site (I had a bad experience with an off-site service in the past with a different dry-cleaner).My girl friend recently used his services as well after she had a horrible experience with Stitch It at Mapleview Mall. They left water stains on her dress and we were in a pinch with a wedding two days away. We took it to Green Terra and he was so kind and helpful! He had the dress dry-cleaned and ready to go by 10am the next morning!! We were so thankful for his help.I would definitely recommend using Green Terra for your dry-cleaning needs.

Told to come in one date specified , showed up to be told it wasn’t ready. Very disappointed as I needed these garments asap

0 ⭐️ if I could. Do not waste your time with this business .....the owner is RUDE and incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I could not recall if my husband or I picked up our dry cleaning so I called to be sure & the owner said there would be a $20 extra charge as it had been 6 weeks & he said they are not even required to keep the items. This IS NOT stated on the receipt & furthermore, I did not receive a courtesy call to remind me that my items were there. He had already admitted my item were there but then he tried to deny me of my items. The owner is CRAZY.....he proceeded to yell at me & threaten me. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!! 0 ⭐️
