Staff is always so friendly, kind and patient. Appointments are always on time and the space is super clean. Sometimes doing blood work can be a hit or miss depending on nurse.

I really appreciate their service. Great experience with the tech, receptionist when I walked in and the fact that they were prompt with my appt time. The only thing is that I had a bit of a hard time booking when I called as I was put on hold for a long time twice. But, then again she was apologetic about that.But other than that, I'm very pleased and would choose to come here again instead of Oakville Trafalgar Hospital or Credit Valley.I was in and out.

I came in to get blood work done twice and both times the nurses were incredibly kind and efficient. There was a scheduling error for my first appointment, but they completed my tests immediately anyways. I arrived almost 30 minutes early for my second appointment and again they didn’t make me wait, but rather completed the bloodwork right away. Both times they called to talk through my results before 4 PM that same day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Call for making an appointment but the attitude of the receptionist sounds like I owe money to them or her husband just betrayed her. Glad that they don’t have spot available for the time I am looking for.

Never go to this place! The staff are unprofessional! We went to the hospital after we had an appointment there, and hospital said a lot of people are coming from this ultrasound centre for no reason!You never know how they affected us!

Nice clean place with cheerful smiling people. Galina was a wonderful technician. Very kind, courteous and respectful. Would definitely recommend this place for ultrasounds.
