In My experience The Staff at Limeridge Dental are nothing short of Wonderful. Dr. Laviolette is one of the most kind and genuine people let alone dentists that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and her assistant Laurie is so fun and outgoing that if a trip to the dentist could be described as fun they’re the two to make that a reality! No shame, judgement, or pressure just real honest advice and care. Not only is her work excellent but her calm and kind Demeanor makes a trip to the dentist feel like a breeze! To top it off all the people working in reception and the hygienists are equally as awesome! 10/10 would recommend . I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done for me. You guys are the Best!

I’ve been going to this place for years, since it opened in lime ridge mall. Today I had to have a filling replaced over a root canal due to it falling off. It’s was to most rushed, unfriendly time I’ve ever been there. The most unwelcoming time I’ve ever felt there.

Ever since I have been to this dentist they have been top notch. They are gentle with sensitive teeth and they dont continue conversation with your mouth full of tools. Amazing with children! I will forever have this office as my dental experts.

Had my first visit today after leaving Barton Dental recently and must say this practice left me feeling good about my decision. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The girls at the desk prebooked my next appointments and worked things around my schedule.The Dentist and her assistant were very gentle and thorough. I was educated on what was wrong and steps going forward to reverse it. I didn't feel like a cash cow being milked for my money. I was informed of the steps and what it involved as well as a back up should anything arise.It was very pleasent going somewhere that a lot of people dread. It's a clear sign that everyone that works there is committed to their patients. If you're looking for a new Dentist that knows their stuff then give them a try... You won't be disappointed!

Update. 5 years later.I now have a new (to me) dentist and dental assistant. And??? They're fantastic! I feel so lucky. Still not my favourite place to be but I feel that I'm in good hands when I'm at Limeridge Mall Dental. Easily 5 stars!Original review.I'll start by saying that I've neglected my teeth for most of my life. I've always been very anxious around dentists. Even hygienists. I've tried several different dentists and it's always the same thing. Until I tried Limeridge Mall Dental. Best dentist I've ever had. Listens. Skilled. No nonsense. I'm still anxious ahead of time but somehow once I'm in that chair I feel like I'm in good hands. I've been going there for several years now and I still feel like, well I'd rather not go to a dentist at all, but if I have to this is as comfortable as I'm ever going to feel.Terrific hygienists too. Another thing that made me anxious. But no more. At least not with the person I've been seeing.Last but not least even the office staff is better than in other places.I'm almost at the point where getting the bill makes me more anxious than the actual visit. Almost.

I've been getting dental work here all my life and have seen many hygienists, no complaints about any of them!Any major work that I've had done has been with Dr. Laviolette. We've always had a few laughs and she's the most gentle dentist I've ever seen. Her, her assistant, Lauri, and her receptionist, Patty, are all very outgoing and make you feel super comfortable.LimeRidge Dental makes going to the dentist a whole lot better!

The staff here are always so helpful and genuinely care. Dr. Laviolette is AMAZING she was so kind and patient always making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Painless and pleasant experience!! I highly recommend this practice.

This is not our regular dental office however since my dental office is a small group of hygienists with a pt dentist on staff we are referred to Limeridge Dental for large procedures.Let me say the dentist that has seen both my boys for wisdom extraction is FANTASTIC. Honest, sincere and caring.With this said I'm very disappointed in a recent experience with Stephanie I had.My 3rd son had gone for a wisdom extraction in July 2022. Both husband & I have group ins with more than enough to cover this procedure. Not until mid Jan 2023 do I get a bill for $177 and a note asking me to clear up the balance.I called both insurance company to figure out what had happened and my husband's ins let me know they had not even tried to bill them at any point so I called his old in company as their had been a swap many months prior ( like u mths) and somehow accidentally Limeridge dental had tried to run it through the plan his work had canceled back in Jan 2022.I call Stephanie assuming no big deal I'll let her know to bill the new company my husband provided I guess someone else that day.I left a voicemail and she called back I said I'm not sure what happened or why the office billed his old ins and she seemed to get very defensive and said I would of billed them if he gave it to me" I said he has no reason to lie it may not of been you."She took down the new information and abruptly told me "she'd call them & see what she can do and if they don't pay it I'm still liable for the $177"Whoa... ok. I never disputed I wouldn't pay it but their is NO reason I should. It's been decades of double coverage and never an issue.My main point?It took an ENTIRE 6mths to find out they had obviously made a mistake & billed the incorrect policy for my husband. Instead of just calling 1 of us to clarify and solving the issue in under 60 seconds she felt the need to make excuses & just flat out be rude.It's too bad we won't be back as I will ask to be sent elsewhere now. The rest of the staff we've encountered have been good."
