Was told when we moved in that they are prompt on maintenance issues. We discovered a bee nest on our patio and iPhone the after hours maintenance line. Seems that nothing happened and then three weeks later ran into Tina. She told me that I called the wrong number when I left a message and that I should call a different number. She never passed on the message and our dog was stung a total of three times during that time. Building was filthy, I have never seen one dirtier in all my life and that was before the construction started at the wing

Revolving door of staff, which makes it hard for them to stay consistent. I’ve had them fraudulently up my rent usuing someone else’s income... and when I called to voice my concerns I was as visibly upset but not in any way disrespectful and the lady I spoke with dismissed my frustration, hung up on me, and then mailed me a letter with a written warning for a noise complaint... in my 6 years of tenancy I have never been late with rent or had any issues with staff... these are people dealing with people who face economical and sometimes mental barriers snd the way they are treating their tenants is absolutely disgusting.

Terrible communication between departments and with tenants. Emails and phone calls go ignored or unanswered for weeks/months/indefinitely and then they'll say you owe them a bunch of money out of nowhere. They let tenants live in moldy and/or unsanitary conditions and won't to do the necessary repairs, or only do the bare minimum in order to patch it up enough to make it look livable for the next person and then deny the issues ever happened. They don't care if good tenants end up homeless because of their negligence, as long as they don't have to take responsibility for their actions. They are abusive and insult their tenants unjustly. This company is only adding to the housing crisis in Victoria, not helping it. I would give zero stars if I could.

When you interview for a position with a company, and the interviewers tell you they are big on caring and communication and then tell you they will call you by weeks end to let you know about the position either way, until they don't call you....you have to reach out to HR and you get a canned response....this is not an organization I can recommend working for, judging by the majority of the renters comments and ratings as well, not one that I would work for either. As a candidate, you are also interviewing the employer, how long does it take to send an email? Broken promises do not bode well for prospects. If I'm not the successful candidate, have the balls to tell me, but do not say your going to do something then not, that reflects poorly on yourself as well as your organization, no matter how much you touted it in the interview.

These folks are trying to charge late fees for rent and trying to increase rent by $200. Both are illegal. They are subsidized which means they don't get to raise rent since it is based on income.. and late fees are never a thing. This is landlord abuse.

Great place for low income families, also they provide housing for people facing homelessness and help them get on the right path to gaining housing support plus they continue helping after.

Regarding 2020 labieux. Rd NanaimoI've attempted to contact the site manager called numerous times to 5 different numbers supplied and no one has yet to return my call.1.I'd like to know why the security is inadequate for example the large hole that was cut in The Back Fence is still not been repaired and it's been like that for weeks .We're keeping a close eye on the property and so far we've noticed that there's people coming and going all hours of the night and day we have followed them throughout the neighborhood and observed them scoping out various properties with backpacks and other stolen items including shopping carts. Theft in our neighbourhood has skyrocketed..and it is no longer safe to walk anywhere without getting harassed. The park on the corner of Labieux and Bowen used by dog owners/children is now a hazard littered with needles ,shopping carts human waste . Your lack of response to several voice mails left, sadly indicates your lack of regard for public safety or concern about the activities of your residents
