If there is less than one star for Google review, I would have chosen it. This business needs to improve in the follow up and level of customer service they provide. They are supposed to be the preferred vendor by TD insurance for hail damage repairs, but proved not in my opinion (and my experience with them). Not happy at all with the experience. Had to go to them 3 times. When I picked up my car, I noticed that they broke many clips under my hood and some of them are lost. A hail dent in the front still not fixed and they said it was a rock chip hit and not hail. I have a photo before sending it to them shows no dent. Very frustrated of the level of service. They did not even bother to check the hood from inside. Had to take it again to them. They told us they ordered the clips and it takes 6 weeks to fix them. I called BMW in Calgary and they told us they are in stock and the cost of each is less than two dollars each! My advise is to save your time and yourself from the headache and think twice before going to this place. And by the way, the clips issue of my car was not fixed yet!

I was VERY skeptical about this whole paintless dent repair thing that it would get my pretty much brand new truck (around 5000km) back to how it was before the hail. Got my truck back today and honestly, you'd never know it had quite a bit of damage on the hood, roof and driver's side. It looks every bit as good as it did when I brought it home from the dealer. In fact, they did a better job detailing the interior than the dealer did when it was brand new!Service was friendly and professional, and I had the vehicle back and looking brand new ahead of when they promised it. Great experience at their East Lake pop up shop and really impressed with the quality of work.Hopefully. I never need to use their services again but I wouldn't hesitate to use DCC Hail again if we had to get hail damage repaired.

Terrible customer service. Take your vehicle anywhere else. Insurance may tell you to bring your vehicle here, dont do it. This place will SCAM you!!! A 6k quote turned into 10k at the end with no notice of adjustment or additional costs. I now have a 10k damage claim on my carfax for having 3500 worth of hail damage. These idiots charged me 7k for labour after being quoted 2500. 19 dents repaired and a 10k reduction in value on my car. Stay far away from this business. 0 stars if I could. I will be contacting a lawyer as I have gotten nowhere with anybody here as to the addition 4k in labour costs. Company is a joke.

My car is still in for hail damage repairs it was taken in on September 3. I was told by both TD insurance as well as DCC that it would be about 9 days.It is September 28 and it is still in the shop. The date has been changed more than once and I get nothing but word salad and excuses. Communication is horrible and they tried to tell me that the estimate ( which was never given to me ) is just an estimate. Not once was I told this could turn into 5 or 6 weeks - new date is October 8 now !!! If I would have known I would never have taken my car here. Full or excuses and poor service from TD insurance right through to this experience. I would NEVER recommend this company it’s nothing but a lesson in patience. If I could give them a negative star I would. After speaking today to one of their affiliates who does some of the work I am terrified it still won’t be ready. I will be reporting to the BBB as well. Lesson learned, do your homework , if I would have read the reviews ( which have a similar tone ) I would have gone elsewhere

Went to DCC for hail work and to get the damage appraised. Appraisal was quick and the staff explained what needed to be fixed. I was able to leave the vehicle the same day and was able to get a rental right away. Pick up process was quick and they even did a detailed walk through of the repair done to the car. The repair was spotless like nothing ever happened to it!Down side about this experience is that the only rental they had in the lot was not cleaned/prepped for the next costumer (decided to take it because I didn't want to waste my day going to their south location to pick up a clean rental.) Also they told me that the repair time would be 5 days. 5 days came by and still no call. I called them asking about the car. Apparently the car was towed to a different shop for body work/paint and that the repair would be done for another 10 days.I would have given the company a 5 but the lack of communication/updates about the repairs should be improved. Lastly, rentals should also be given to costumers clean, presentable, and disinfected.Other than that, very satisfied with the hail repair!

I went to dcc hail last year after the hail storm to get the damaged appraised. The front staff welcomed me with a smile and explained the entire process. About 30 min later, the appraisal was complete and they went over the appraisal with me and explained what needed to be fixed and an estimated time for the repair. I was able to drop my vehicle off the same day (they have a rental rep and I went home with the rental) and I was able to drop off the rental and pickup my car when the repair was completed!They even did a quick clean, so my car was cleaner than when I had dropped it off.They were quite busy in the summer, but staff was great and took the time to answer all my questions.I highly recommend their services.

I had my 2013 Mitsubishi RVR repaired with DCC hail. I was told the repairs would take 10 days and it was done in 7! I was amazed with the quality of the repair and the fact that I received my vehicle back sooner! I have recommended to my friends!

I was sent to DCC Hail by TD Insurance for an estimate for damage caused by a recent hail storm.Unfortunately, not a great experience. I had to halt a DCC Hail employee from driving my vehicle after he smoked a cigarette as I don't need my car stinking for the next few weeks. Then I had the pleasure of listening to Stephanie beak off towards another client about how short staffed they are that they don't have time to answer their company phone (which explains several negative reviews here complaining about their constant communication issues). Another client in the background was having a problem too that I couldn't quite overhear which made me even more nervous.Finally, after they found a non-smoker to drive my car around back, I watched their inspection process" from the open bay door at the back of the building. Overall very satisfied with their service.DCC contacted me in the very next day morning to book an appraisal after I filed the insurance claim. The appraisal took 30 mins, after that booked a drop off the next day.The drop off is very quick and smooth. Their shop and website both look professional. DCC has been working with TD insurance for a long time. The rental was there waiting. No problem, no time waste.The repair was estimated to take 10 days, end up took only 7. The result looks very good, can't tell the difference from a new car. DCC had to remove my 3M protector during the repair, and they installed a brand new one after.The pick up is very smooth as well. Returned my rental first, then the rental company dropped me off at DCC.Will recommend this shop.
