Seriously the pharmacy needs help. Every time my doctor has faxed my prescription they never have it ready! So I have been phoning now way ahead so it will be ready and It never is! There were 6 people behind the desk and a huge line of people!! I phoned today 4 hours before I went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. They said it would be ready in 1.5hours… we’ll that was a lie. If they had less people behind the counter then I would have felt bad but 6 people!!! Come on.

Not impressed. If store hours are changed they should be changed on the website not just on the door. Sat on the phone for half an hour trying to get through to the pharmacy and had to drive down just to find out they're actually closed even though their website, Google, and their automated phone message say they are open till 10pm. Would have been nice to know so I could have arranged for someone else to get my sons prescription filled while I was at work.

IM GIVING THIS PHARMACY A 0/5 STAR. The pharmacist got me my wrong medication. Didn’t confirm my medication name before she placed the order so I assumed she got it. Trusted their knowledge with medication. In the end I got the wrong med and wanted a refund or store credit because I won’t be using it ever. But the owner said no. I believe humans are more flexible than rules. The mistake started on their end. Never coming back to this place.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been at. Messed my prescription up 3 days in a row and sent me a text saying my script is ready to pick up but when I went down they said they didn't even have my refill faxed to them yet. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Unfortunately I have had to deal with health issues for the past many years a heart attack at the early age of 40.Because of this I have had to deal with many pharmacies and pharmacists both in northern BC,Sunshine Coast and a couple of places in NanaimoI was taken care by one special pharmacist at Shoppers at University Square that made me feel better than any time before!Beth treats you like a special client instead of a needy patient.I would recommend this pharmacy and hope Beth’s special attitude is contagious to all who work there or need her special treatment!!

Store selection, cleanliness etc at Shoppers University Village is OK.Unfortunately, some of their staff (especially a couple of the grey haired cashiers") need a BIG "tune up" when it comes to being friendly and welcoming. Seem to be mainly interested in getting customers out of the store

While the staff are nice I seriously doesn't understand how a pharmacy can be so unorganizedEdit: after 2 more visits I realized it's the staff that's so unorganized. Tell me 2 o'clock and 3 hours later they finally filled my script. Tell me noon the next day and 4 hours later I I my script. Tell me 3 o'clock today. Show up at 3:35. Told literally 2 minutes. 18 minutes later staff askes me what my name is again. Guess she needed to BS with a coworker. Over an hour after she said that I'm still sitting in the parking lot waiting you just lost 25 years of business
