We've been with Koodo for 15-plus years. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and informative. I wouldn't deal with any other provider.

I bought a new Samsung phone from these folks in November. And had really good customer service on choosing the right model and getting the best price. In fact he even told me to wait until Black Friday. And now I come back to go get a couple things worked on my account and the Manager and his assistant help me through it all,and reorganized some payments and put me on a new plan. Kudos to these guys a great manager!!

Tried to get the BF deal and stood in line patiently at this location. Was given a quote as it was late on a Sunday night. Quote was valid for 15 days I was assured by Tristen the rep I was dealing with.Came back on the following Thursday and had a long wait time for a credit analyst(fraud alert on my account...long story). Finally thought I would be able to get the deal after verifying with the analyst. Somehow the quote disappeared from the system??? The rep had no idea without calling back in and waiting AGAIN to speak with someone at Koodo. They asked I setup a temporary number and Tristen said we'll call you back tomorrow... Guess what though... No call back... I called the store no less than 10 times. Each and every time no answer and from what I recall the last time I was in, the only thing the reps were busy doing was singing to koodo hold music. For a business in telecom you'd think picking up the phone would be high on the priority list but I thought wrong.Two huge issues that are clear as day. Your front end and back end have no clear lines of communication. If you had an intermediary between the two you could resolve the issue easily.Three main problems from my perspective. Reps only care about hitting their sales quotas. After the account is created they put their hands up and say call Koodo for a callback.The backend support reps don't seem to be staffed adequately. Making it hard to convert these difficult sales" as the customer is stuck waiting in store for hours on end.Lastly the technology they are using is not sufficient or outdated. Considering Telus is trying to become a technology leader (especially with its subsidiaries)

It's not a place you want to ask for help. Better go downstairs to Telus-Koodo salon. Much better service!

Go instead to Koodo/Telus store at ground level just beneath it. This service is not helpful and rude. Very unprofessional.

On a chaotic and very stressful day I had lost my phone in an unbeknownst location. Susan spent a long time explaining the process to me and took pain to find the actual location. I truly appreciated her patience. This is the kind of service I have come to expect from their staff over the years.

Jagdeep and his team was AMAZING!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. We were moving over from Telus to Koodo and they gave us a great deal and made the process seemless. Their level of customer is top notch. Give them a raise or promotion Koodo!

Austin went above to ensure I got the phone I wanted and helped me set up my account for EPP.It's not often I see service above and beyond. Austin did a great job. Susan was very helpful as well.
