Called 3 times put on hold for 20 minutes from 3 different representatives with no balance given on purchased furnace.Very poor service and companyZero stars

I've been an Enercare customer for about seven years. Over the last few months, I have been having issues with my powder room sink because of a slow leak. I have had four plumbers come to check the leak and the last one stated I needed to purchase a part, as my sink is custom and his parts would not work correctly. Let me add that none of the four attempted to resolve the issue. His other advice was to put towels under the sink to absorb the leak as there doesn't appear to be a fix. I booked another appointment as the leak continued, and while the appointment time was ten days later, Johm B (6675) came and was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to listen and then resolved the issues without using the part I purchased as it was not required. He was the only plumber to take his time, investigate, and go to his truck to get the necessary parts and tools and complete the job without passing the buck. He ran several sinks of water to ensure the issue had been resolved before leaving. I hope to get him for my future plumbing needs as he is extremely thorough and friendly. Thanks for restoring my faith in Enercare.

Watch out for their shady rental" equipment service. They charge me $35 monthly for a 13 year old "water heater rental" on my enbridge bill

Professional,courteous,responsive and gets the job done. Easy to book and get an appointment and they actually show up! Technicians are helpful, polite and professional. Good company overall have availed of their service for several years now.

Enercare will do everything in their power to have you keep renting a water heater. Enercare will make returning a water heater the most inconvenient process to hopefully frustrate you enough to keep renting a water heater. Enercare is so happy to come and install a new water heater, but if you want to not renew your contract you’ll have to return the water heater to their facility where employees will sit and watch you unload your return and are unable to touch it until it’s within their facility. Best decision I’ve ever made to save money was outright purchase a new water heater from Home Depot and have it installed by a local small business.

It took them almost a month and 15 to 20 follow up phone calls to send me an EMAIL for confirmation on my buyout of their furnace. They gave me a runaround and not interested as they make more money if I keep renting their furnace.
