Our furnace went out over the weekend after the first snowfall. I was connected with Thuro through a personal friend of mine and they were at my house within the hour. This company was recommended to me from my condo management company. I called expecting an appointment in a couple weeks but was the very next day!Nicole was amazing and super friendly. Jeff came out and gave an honest opinion and had both toilets replaced in no time at all. Excellent service all the way around. Highly recommend this group. Will definitely use them again.

We have an old house with a complicated boiler system. After several very negative experiences with other companies, we were referred to Thuro by an insurance adjuster for an emergency winter repair several years ago. They were beyond amazing - so knowledgeable and creative in their solutions and reasonable in their prices. Since that time, we have had other issues crop up with our system, and they are now the only company we will deal with. From Nicole in the office, to Jeremy and Jeff - everyone at Thuro we have dealt with has gone above and beyond every time. We so appreciate their service and would give them more than 5 stars if we could.

Thuro Mechanical came to my home back in Jan. when my pipes froze over and burst. They were very fast to come in and Jeff did a good job in securing my home from further damage. My contractor used Thuro Mechanical to re-do the plumbing and install many other things as well. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with their work.

Jeremy and Jeff were fantastic to work with. Quick to respond, excellent workmanship, and a company I can trust. I’ve used them a couple of times for different projects and will continue to do so if needed.

Arranged with Jeremy to have the kitchen faucet and garbrator replaced and also changing the master shower heads to rain shower. Everything was done professionally by his crew the following day. I highly recommend Thuro mechanical and would use them for any plumbing work in the future.

Not very impressed with Jeremy not responding to my emails. At first all seemed well and I was told to contact Jeremy by insurance contractor to get a bathtub and faucet for basement. Jeremy sent me the price which was close to $700 give or take and I was under the impression I was going to pay him directly, however that changed and when I got the bill it cost me $1,477.71 yes you read that right for a bathtub and faucet. The insurance was covering my repairs as I had a flood in the basement and since the bathroom was getting redone I was just replacing the old tub and faucet which wasn't covered and I was advised that all I had to pay for was the tub and faucet. Spoke to contractor Wes who told me to speak to Jeremy about the price and give him heck about it. When Jeremey came to the house and I asked him, he said to email him as he was surprised as I was and he would look into it and give me back some of my money. I've been emailing him for months now without response. No one cares about the customer after the money is paid. So I would not recommend this company because of non response and wouldn't want anyone to be surprised and ripped off as I was. The installation for the tub and faucet was nicely done, but who pays $1,477.71 for a tub which was the cheapest I was told and faucet. I still have my emails with the original pricing that I was quoted. Very disappointed in Jeremy as I really thought he was an honest and fair person.

I would not recommend this company. They were called by my insurance company to discover and stop the cause of a leak. They came in, removed the main toilet, put it in my front hall, and charged almost $450 for this. Then a month later when they were authorized by the insurance company to put the toilet back, it was quickly discovered that no one fixed the toilet the first time around (when we paid $450) so more water sprayed into my basement. Oh and I called a different plumber for the same toilet a week after they reinstalled it, I wouldn’t trust them to come back. The negative attitude of their head office caused more distress when I asked for clarification and perhaps some understanding that this was an unexpected financial hit, 3 weeks from Christmas. Bad attitude, bad workmanship.
