My husband and I are fresh new owners of a Paragon kitchen. The process was very easy and enjoyable. We had the pleasure of having Aileen as our kitchen designer. She made sure all of our kitchen needs were met and she was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. We ended up trusting her against our own instincts and it turned out for the better in every situation. Both the design process and the install process went very smoothly. The team of cabinet installers were on time, professional, fun, and took their time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. We couldn't be happier with our amazing new kitchen!

Our experience with Paragon was amazing. Before visiting Paragon, we had ideas of how we would design our new kitchen but the kitchen plans they created were far beyond what we ever imagined! Michele and Aileen were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. We enjoyed our meetings with them and appreciated their expert advice. It’s been over a year since our renovation and we’re still excited about the beauty and functionality of our kitchen.

Paragon transformed our entertainment space to have such a unique stylish 'Wow' factor. Their experts helped us select a functional design with quality materials by offering futuristic visuals of the room's potential. This was fun to see and it made decision making easy. Our new kitchen by Paragon is fabulous and we are so very pleased with its amazing design and functionality. Aileen and Ashley were a pleasure to work with and they have a solid grasp of all aspects of the requirements for a modern kitchen. They spent many hours with us to get to know our ideas, take us through the steps of designing the kitchen layout, and then expertly helping us coordinate colours, surface materials and accents. We have owned our home for 35 years and for most of that time have thought of how to remove a wall and open up our little galley kitchen. Well, Aileen and Ashley completely amazed us with a design beyond anything we could dream of, and we still stayed within our budget. The cabinets are of very high quality and this impresses anyone we show our kitchen to. The installation crew were excellent, friendly and took care of the little details. We would highly recommend Paragon Kitchens without any hesitation.

Great to work with Paragon Kitchens on our kitchen / bathroom cabinets for our new home. They were able to accommodate allof our requests and more importantly were able to provide excellent service after the install to perform some additional adjustments we needed. We have a new Paragon kitchen as of August 2021. We are so pleased. Our experience with all of the team at Paragon was positive and enjoyable. From the planning stage to the installation and completion, they were reliable and expert.Paragon’s use of their design software was so helpful; their presentation room and screens make the project tangible from the outset. They listened to and incorporated our ideas and needs, while offering their creative, modern and functional expertise. The final renderings were accurate and the outcome is wonderful. Paragon - wow what a great experience, resulting in the kitchen of our dreams. Starting with the conceptual design phase we immediately found all of the staff at Paragon very professional, informed and very friendly. They really listen closely. Every question (and there were a lot) and any concern or issue (there were very few) were addressed quickly.Our main contact throughout our kitchen renovation was Aileen (who was AMAZING - listened well, asked many detailed questions, great referee/marriage councelor, great designer) but throughout the process we also benefited from the experience and creativity of the other members of the Paragon team.After finalizing the design we moved into construction and were again impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the Paragon cabinetry installation team, and how well they coordinated with the other trades.Paragon was also not afraid to try innovative design features including a stunning, underlit translucent quartz countertop (a first for Paragon).We would work with Paragon again for our next reno in a heartbeat.

A true pleasure from design to installation.
