Best passport photo experience. I had to get them done for 2 passports with different requirements and the woman here knew all the specs and what to be strict on. Made sure my face wasn’t too shiny and hair was fine. Will honestly be sending everyone I know here. Thank you so much!!

I visited this store yesterday as it's in the same building as my office and specifically said I need 3.5cm x 4.5cm photo for my PCC. The lady ask me to smile why taking the photo. Official photos should have neutral expression. The photo I got was 2inch x 2inch and my ears were also not visible. So unprofessional and don't have any knowledge of official photos. Today I called and a guy answered. He put on hold for sometime and talked to a lady in some other language. But i recognized clearly it was the lady which took my photo yesterday. Then the guy got back and denied that they make mistake and ask me to pay again for another photo. Then the guy rudely said he's busy and just dropped the call. Don't know any work and opened store to loot people in downtown.

Great place to get photos for your passport clicked.Getting a photo clicked here is quick and easy. It seems like a smooth without hassle process. The photographer (who also manages the convenience store) clicked 3 photos for me, suggested how I should smile with my eyes" (and not the mouth as it isn't allowed in photos for passports) and was overall quite pleasant to speak to.This shop is also very close to the passport office

This photo store is a great place for a quick and professional photo job. The lady who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. She even took the time to take a picture of me while I was there. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back in the future.

The best experience of taking a passport photos ever. The lady was professional, efficient, kind and welcoming. She took the time to retake my picture multiple times and helped me fixed the glaring reflections on my face until we had the best photo. She knew the regulations of the passport photos well and really made my stressful passport errand day way less stressful. Highly recommend!

Came here to obtain a photo for a Chinese Visa. She knew exactly what I needed and was very meticulous with the strict photo requirements. I successfully obtained my Visa as a result. The extra cost is worth it. I highly recommend and will be coming here for all my passport/visa photos.

This shop is extremely and highly convenient. It's right next door to the passport office, and also to Service Ontario. Lady who took the photos owns the store. Extremely friendly and welcoming and also professional in getting the passport photos done at a fair price. I also, got some snacks and water because I knew I would be in the passport office for a while...so it's a win/win situation going here first before hitting the passport office. Highly recommend it.
