I purchased my first car from Downsview Chrysler. Nothing but the best service! Alex Nikolsky (Sales Rep.) was very friendly and hospitable. He knew my situation in waiting for over 9 months for a pre-purchased Mazda 3 and I guided me in the next steps to purchase my first brand new 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, which I received a week later. Alex followed up with me a few days after purchasing to ensure that everything was running smoothing and if I had any questions/problems. Jacob (Manager), Carlos (Vice President) and Sean (Finance) have been so helpful in explaining, following up, and updating me throughout the process as well. Hard to comment on their service - I spent 3 hours trying to reach their service desk. But I was on an endless hold, listening to recorded messages. I would stay on hold for half an hour, drop off and dial back in. Called back about 15 times. Their online appointment booking app wasn't working either. So that wasn't an option. I was a potential customer for the first time. I guess I will find a different dealership that actually knows how to answer a phone. Let's start with the basics.

DON’T COME HERE FOR SERVICE!!!We have 3 cars with this dealership and HORRIBLE service.Booked an appointment 2 weeks before, stating what my issue is with the car.Rearranged my daily plans to come and drop off the car.The advisor asked what the appointment is regarding and when I provided the info that they already should have, he said “we won’t do that today” because we’re short staffed and have a lot of cars already. Come back in a couple of weeks.They promised they’ll call back to reschedule but I highly doubt they will. I guess there’s no communication between the “advisors” and the “appointment person”Very disappointing service to a loyal customer.

Want a new car? Don't go to downsviewchrysler. Wanna be chasing a saleman for your business for weeks go to downsviewchrysler. Been waiting for response from the finance manager over 4 weeks and no response. Took the deposit and just dodges calls and emails. Absolutely garbage customer service, unprofessional and zero respect for customers time. Take your hard earned money else where, these people don't want it here.

Exceptional customer service. We have been so happy with the service we have received since day 1 just shopping around trying to find car suitable for us. horrible service, horrible experience. the front desk girl didn’t even greet us she just looked at me with disgust. the salesmen came up to me and asked what i’m looking for i told him and he started using a certain tone with me i asked to go look at the used cars and he just sat me down at his desk showed me on the website what i already looked at and didn’t even try to convince us to test drive anything or be even a little helpful. the front desk girl had no manners lil girl energy. the guy who was no help was a tall middle eastern man maybe middle age grey hair.disgusting service.
