Had to use drive through as restaurant was not open. 5:30pm on a Thursday. Had to wait 17 minutes for order. Very poorly run. Just last week they were advertising new ownership. Got overcharged for my combo. Very disappointing.

Questionably service. They seemed quite confused and overwhelmed which I understand happens but they are some of the slowest fast food places I’ve been to. The food was A&W and the atmosphere was like every other A&W as well nothing special. Service should improve.

They had no gravy when we arrived later in the afternoon. The cashier said it was because of technical difficulties. While we were eating their grocery order arrived . The other lady grabbed a box and told the other person there to start a gravy. Then she yelled back to the lady saying she couldn't do it because the kettle broke. Oh well.

Very poor service. Sat in the drive thru so long I finally had to back the car out. Went in the restaurant & service was still pretty slow. This place is now under new management but has long standing service problems. Staff gives off a don't care vibe. I will look for alternatives as I no longer care either!

The wait is normally long at this location but our family doesn't mind as the food is always fresh. Tonight, the service made me contemplate not going back. After driving for 12 hours today, we didn't feel like making dinner and so we decided to get A&W. Knowing I was going to order 4 meals, I went into the store instead of drive-thru. No customers were in the store and it didn't appear that anyone was at the drive-thru either. I walked in to order the first item (an impossible burger) and was met with and exasperated employee who appeared to be appalled that I would request something like that. Feeling like I was an inconvenience, I canceled my order and went to Harvey's instead (where they were more then willing to take our order)I understand that people can have a bad day, and I do not know what the employee was thinking when I started to order. I admit that. But treating your customer like an inconvenience is not a good practice. Sorry I was an inconvenience, I likely will not be back any time soon.

Asked for ketchup in the drive through, asked again at the window was told its in the bag. Got home. No ketchup. To pay for 2 fast food meals for that price, ketchup should automatically be added without asking. Won't be back.

This location, needs a lil love. My husband and I have gone through their drive-thru and in dining. The orders were a bit off. I prefer onion rings to french fries. But noticed they weren't as good as usual. The batter was not enough or staying on the rings.If I was working at a burger franchise, I would want our customers feel like they want to come back for A&W's food.

Came in for beyond burgers. I’m allergic to egg so asked for no mayo. Not exactly complicated. They sent out two burgers in the beyond meat packaging. One was a meat burger that I had already taken a bite out of by the time the manager realized and came over to remove it. She brought me a replacement beyond burger….. with mayo on it. She gave us one comp’d meal and two apple pies (which I also couldn’t eat). I declined a 3rd burger. All in all, I’m not sure how a burger place can mess up a burger order this badly. Never had this bad of a screw up at any other A&W ever….
