White Hall Day Care & Out-Of-School Care-(North End)

Had my non verbal 3 year old son, son suspected of autism go here, it was a horrible experience. He came home with sand in his diapers, he attended just 3 days and we were kicked out on the 4th day. all those days, He had sand in his diapers. He was accused falsely for biting other kids, took back their words when I pressed for further inquiry. His cloths were always wet and smelled of pee even when we dropped several changes of cloths and diapers.We didn't get a list of what to bring, we made up a list of what our son needed.They told me he ate for those days,, but I highly doubt it. After asking in details, they admitted he didn't eat. We started packing food he loves, but these food came back untouched . they probably never offered it to him. .Reasons for kicking him out according to them,- He is knocking things over, my 3 year old son doesn't do that-My wife is uncooperative because she asked to drop of bottled water for him( due to worries of lead content )-My wife didn't explain his autistic tendencies - this was a lie, this was one of the first info she gave.-My kid bites other kids ( again a big lie, they retracted when i insisted on evidences)-Other Kids want my kid gone ( a sweet group of 2 yrs and 3yrs old, asking my kid to leave? highly unlikely ) .My kid was obviously traumatized and he couldn't tell us anything, we gave him days of tender loving care and I promised i will never take him to that place again. We finally found a day care that loves and accept him. He is happier and looks forward to going to the day care. He even started rattling some words.Please be careful.

I would share how welcoming manager and all staff to community options as well for children and their families . I like educators put efforts to enhance children learning as whole. Very productive and admire environment.

My daughter was here in after school program for 3 years. She was so happy even she didn’t want to miss any single day. They have safe caring and provide nutritional food following Canada food guidelines and do verities of educational activities, specially science experiments.

Whitehall daycare is an awesome place!!!! My child just loves it.

The stuff are great and really great with kids, the very Clean and big spacey. I recomend anyone to White hall daycare.

I love this day care my 2 older girls went here and I stay all the way in south but, i had to bring my youngest daughter here also. Everyone is so amazing, my daughter loves going to day care everyday,even when she's sick she still cries to go to day care. Her favorite person is Manju she can not stop talking about her. Thank you for being there for my kid helps me not to worry alot about her when she's in this Day care.

I have 2 of my children that go to this daycare. They're great, my kids are always excited to be there with all their friends. Anytime I've had any sort of concerns they've been addressed immediately. There was a few months where my family struggled with bills and this daycare was so incredibly understanding where as most others would have just kicked out the kids for late payments. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking!
