The Crane Boys at Kitchens By Crane did an amazing job on our new kitchen! Dave was showing and telling me all the options while i was in their showroom. Tyler came out to measure the space then sitting with me to figure out the best design and options, to James coming out and installing it and making it look beautiful. Im so pleased with the work they did! They were awesome people to deal with and it turned out exactly how they told me it would! Thanks Kitchens By Crane!!!!

Greetings Dave!My only regret is that I didn't write this note a little sooner. On the other hand, my kitchen is now four years old and I can honestly say, it's as beautiful as the day you guys put it in. I want you to know how much I appreciate all your advice, you were bang-on about every single detail. We had anticipated spending more than we wanted to, and that turned out not to be the case at all. For expertise, price and beauty, we couldn't have hoped for better. I love our kitchen and bathrooms, the drawers will hold all our dishes AND an almost three year-old (yikes!) I especially like the fact I can call you up with a question and you'd be there with the answer- you can't get that with the big-box stores. So, thank you so much, I highly recommend you folks and look forward to working with you on the next house..

We've purchased four kitchens over the years from them. Highly recommended. Great guys to work with!

Kitchens by Crane advertises custom work. What they deliver is standard sizes with custom fees. It is a bait and switch operation. They promise custom, deliver standard and blame you for their measurements advising they did not know. They had a plan to follow. They failed to deliver. Kitchen displays are framed. Brochures feature framed kitchens. They let you find out they do not deliver framed kitchens after installed and paid. This is why they demand full payment prior to install whereas reputable companies take the remainder of payment post install. Everything they did was off, from measurement to counters to framing. Crane took no responsibility. Do yourself a favour and use a reputable company for custom work.
