Breakfast was slow but they made up for it by giving us free coffees. Very good breakfast.

Bakin' Donuts
I came in with my walker and oxygen and my husband, getting me settled in a chair right away. Then he was going to go to the counter to give our order but we didn't know what we wanted. One of the gentlemen behind the the counter came out and gave us each a menu. They don't treat you like this at Macdonalds,or other fast food donut shops even. It was a delightful experience. He came back and took our order and served us on dishes not paper.

The Kensington Prince Edward Island Baking Donuts is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Summerside PEI Location:Affordable prices & can mix and match your orders to suit your appetite. Also noticed the slogan on their menu Where everyone knows your name" quite frightening would've chosen an updated friendly saying like "Serving your order by Name" a lot more customer friendly

What a disappointment. This place was right by our motel, and from the exterior, it looked like an awesome old-school doughnut shop. We stopped in this morning before heading to the airport. The display counter was nearly empty, except for a few sad doughnuts and muffins. We got the chocolate sprinkle doughnut. It had a weird texture and tasted like it was baked rather than properly fried. The coffee was not good and the lid was very flimsy, so it squirted coffee on me while I was driving and I drank very little of it. Sad to say, we would have been better off with Tim Hortons.

The donuts have an unusual texture and filling. I arrived shortly after 11 on a Saturday and the location was very busy, but there were only 4 varieties left to choose from, a total of fewer than 10 donuts. I asked for a maple and a coconut. The person who selected them for me was scratching his nose right before touching them. I took a couple bites of each before throwing them away so I could give a fair review, and didn’t get sick, so there’s that.
