I’ve gotten all my phones here never had an issue with service they always been super nice to me. Answered all my questions and even set up my phone as well and looked for the best deal for my billing each time I’ve upgraded and I’m usually upgrading yearly so they have seen me lot’s.

I have been a loyal customer of Telus and expect a decent service every time I visit the telus store. The telus store at the mall has always been very helpful. However, I decided to visit this store. The attitude one of the mature lady has is unbelievable. I have been nothing but polite so I expected a better behaviour. I’d rather just deal with the peter pond mall store from next time
