First time at this post office location, will not be returning againThe person at the counter wouldn’t scan my barcode for my customs form that I had already filled out online, said it was the “old system we don’t use that anymore”Then when they copied the details down, they didn’t include the last name of the person I was sending to & also changed the stated value of the package without askingThen to top it off they added a signature charge ALSO WITHOUT ASKING, cost me an extra fee & now the person receiving the package needs to ensure they are home to receive it. Very inconvenient & also unprofessional to add charges just because you feel it’s best. She said to me “well it doesn’t make sense to have tracking without a signature” well unfortunately I do not agree, personally I never want to have to sign for a package or be required to go pick it up but I always want to have a tracking number for peace of mindLooking back I should have asked for the whole thing to be cancelled & redone properly. Live & learn

*10* out of 5 stars would be an accurate review of my experience with this business. It was a refreshing experience customer service wise to be helped out by Shama!! She was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Just an all-round professional and friendly exchange.

Pretty sure she put her thumb on the scale. Forwarded three letters, combined into one envelop to the US. Was charged over $11, should have been just over $3 for the weight. Not honest postal service here.

I have been going here for all my postal service's Shama is very helpful and always a huge help.always friendlyI highly recommend this cute gift store and the postal service from this location.

Unacceptable customer service. I was trying to send the parcel today and was told that I can use only one strip of tape for my huge box, which, of course, would not work for secure shipment. The tape was taken away from me in a rude and irrespective way. It was quite frustrating experience, and I will not be using this location moving forward.

Shama is amazing! She cares about the customer and always tries to find the best solution for every situation she encounters. Shama is a true asset with a smile to customer service and creating meaningful relationships.i enjoy getting my mail.

I’d like to personally acknowledge Shama who truly went above and beyond in helping me retrieve an apparent lost package. Without her dedication, I wouldn’t have got this ordeal sorted. She showed true compassion and care something I can’t thank her enough for!

You need to hire more staff. You have one lady stressed out of her mind behind the desk and a long line of customers. It’s very clear she’s having a bad day and doesn’t even have the capacity to properly help. She was super rude and unhelpful. I wasted my time standing in line but I have a little grace for her cuz that’s a lot to take on for one person. Where’s the manager? Hire someone for Gods sake, there’s tons of people looking for jobs right now.

Shama is the best person you could ever deal with! She’s a precious human being and super helpful! Honestly an angel sent by god! Helped me with my lost packaged and did above and beyond

The clerk is always helpful whenever I come to the store. Gives me the best advise what kind of service should I get. Always pleasant.
