Had it not been for employee 886 (that's on our bill of sale/shipping invoice and don't remember her name unfortunately) I would have taken my business elsewhere.We walked into the store past the registers and none of the 3 employees at the registers greeted us. We made our way to the back to see travel strollers and while clearly wanting to try them out still no one approached. I even walked up to the counter and not one of the 2 women now at the registers even looked up.Employee 886 came out from the back room and was amazingly helpful. She showed us how to collapse the strollers more than once, had guidance on which would fit in overhead compartments on an Air Canada flight etcI would have gone straight to buybuybaby if not for this employee. The service there is always great.

Drove to snuggle bugz from out of town to try out a stroller on their site. It wasn’t busy but nobody really offered any help until we waited at the counter. They did not have the stroller we wanted to look at and they didn’t really explain or show features for 1st time parents. I didn’t find them knowledgeable or helpful. Waste of a trip.

Terrible experience. Restocking fees of 50% deducted from my full priced purchase. Myself as a customer was not made aware until the return was processed. Would never come back to any location from this experience.

Hoping I got her name right, just based on her name tag..but Neelam was a GEM! super helpful, very knowledgeable and educated about the brands they carry. You can tell she was very passionate about her job. Neelam really sold me on a few products, she was amazing!

Would give zero if that was an option. Worst store I have seen, misleading promotions to push products and zero customer service after. Once purchased and out of store, they will tell you, we dont know how to use the product, check youtube !! so best go to another store that understands customer service or ask all your questions before you pay.

Horrible experience with a recent purchase of a car seat. Our first order was never delivered and had to be returned just to be reshipped. Received the car seat and unpacked it just to see that the car seat was manufactured in 2020 and expires in 2026. Realistically only allowing us 3 years of usage. Emailed customer service to be offered a refund of $65. Our purchase with car seat and stroller was over $1200, and we were offered $65?!?! This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never purchase another item from here ever again. What a disappointment in what’s supposed to be an exciting time.

Terrible customer service. The employees are too busy chatting with each other to even acknowledge customers walking around. Forget about asking the staff for any information on the products/gear in the store. They all act like they hate their jobs and don’t want to be there. Bad vibes.

My parents purchased me and my partner a Baby Jogger stroller as we are expecting our first. My parents assembled the stroller for my baby shower and the pram was extremely high, I am not a very tall lady and could not see over this. The car seat was still sealed in the box, delivered by courier and on my mother’s receipt it does not state final sale (she would not purchase anything final sale, let alone a gift that I may not have liked.) Anyway, after numerous conversations with employees in head office they still refused to return the car seat because of their ridiculous policy. For first time parents, or returning customers, shop anywhere BUT Snuggle Bugz. They don’t even try and compromise with their customers. Business and their reputation is not important to them just taking peoples money is!

If I could give this location a 0 star rating I would. I was in need of two car seats and called several places and snuggle bugs milton had two in stock. We were trying to pay for them online but there website wouldn’t allow us to pay and pickup as curbside because of some glitch. Lady on the phone was super nice found them put them on hold which she said we were “good” till the end of the day. Gave them my husbands name who was coming from Toronto in a couple of hours to pick them up. It was all good.He gets there, they have already sold the seats to an online order (it’s been two hours) and they “thought” it was us although they took our name for the pickup. He calls me and I call the store. She insists that there policy is fulfilling online orders before a hold, insists it’s my fault and he should’ve come earlier (he was there at 430) I had a conversation with them around 145-2. Is rude, pushes me to have her order them online for Friday. The whole purpose was to have them that day as we were in need. Insists on the deal being exclusive to snuggle bugs. She literally blamed the entire transaction on me and how it was pretty much my fault.Horrible, horrible experience. A waste of time. Own up to your mistake. Things happen we understand but don’t push it on the customer and blame them. Admit your fault! If she admitted they made a mistake I would’ve left it at that. Why couldn’t you call me and let me know what happened? Instead of having us come into the store and waste our time. We can place an online order ourselves and don’t need you to help us.Don’t waste your time coming here or calling ahead! Order online to save yourself the hassle!

Very rude customer service from these 2 just standing at the empty cash register instead of going around helping customers. The way they addressed us as soon as we entered not being allowed to bring our dog in the store was completely rude and unprofessional. Without saying hi how are you etc. Because of allergies our dog wasn’t allowed in store (he’s hypoallergenic) but a service dog can enter the store. Even after telling them we were there to spend over $2000 they told us to look at the sign about no dogs. Great customer service. Update, we went to the Etobicoke location and the customer service was night and day. Head office should do something about the Milton location as you can see most of the reviews are negative.
