Excellent customer service, professional care for my dogs. I used their services twice and both times the emergency was diagnosed in a comprehensive manner, I was given options with approximate pricing so I could make an educated decision about care for my dogs. I was very impressed and I highly recommend WAVES for emergency care. I am sure my two big Great Pyrenees would agree and recommend WAVES too.

Dr. Winter was and has been amazing with me pre and post care, the amount of follow up and genuine care about my dog and his situation is noteworthy. We unfortunately have visited emergency before and never once had this thorough of care. Would highly recommend for regular appointments and emergency care with Waves, they have stood out as kind and compassionate humans wanting the best for my pet and my piece of mind. 5 stars!

The care our cat received at Waves last month after being hit by a car was exceptional, and given the significant expense involved, it was only fitting.I understand that good care is expensive. Required equipment, staff and associated expenses are undoubtedly high to operate an emergency services hospital, but I find it disheartening to think about how many young pet owners walk into these facilities with an injured companion only to realize they can't afford the treatment. Then what ?So, is pet ownership just for the wealthy or people willing to finance their pets recovery on a credit card?

Dr Massie, Jamie and everyone did such a wonderful job taking care of our Rosie cat today who had a terrible bite on her back! You guys are amazing and not only took the best care of her, but also of us and made sure we left with everything we needed to take care of her. Thank you all so very much ❤️

Disappointing experience.Paid over $200 for a consultation that did not provide a diagnosis or addressed my dog’s issue. What they deemed as the appropriate plan of treatment would have cost me $1400 and my dog to be sedated.I walked away and saw my usual veterinarian who easily examined and prescribed drops for an obvious ear infection.I should mention though, the tech who first helped us was very friendly and treated my pet with care and compassion, unfortunately I didn’t get her name.Overall felt like a cash grab and animals’ well-being came as an after thought.

My Frenchie, Jessie, went to waves for a ruptured disk a few days ago. From the time I walked through the doors, until the time I came back for Jessie, I was treated so well. Their level and standard of care, and genuine empathy for us was easily felt. From the front end staff, to my intake worker, and then my meeting with Dr James. All 10/10. I can’t say enough good things, and they’ve made this entire incident easier on this dog mum! ❤️ Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, Jessie is my world, and I couldn’t have asked for better care!

I had to make an unexpected trip to WAVES after my pup injured himself on the Friday of the May long weekend. After calling ahead, they input my information into their system and got me in as soon as I arrived. The two vets who helped my pup took such good care of him and took the time they needed to help him heal as quickly as possible. Everyone at the clinic was so kind, and considering it was a long weekend, took care of us in a very timely manner! Thank you to everyone at WAVES for taking such good care of my boy, and for making our emergency vet experience as positive as possible!

Waves is absolutely amazing, they took the best care I could have asked for my 13 week old puppy Franklyn. They were so professional and efficient they made sure to keep us updated to what was happening with Franklyn over his 6 day stay. I could tell that Franklyn was in love with all the staff and felt very comfortable which made us way more comfortable as well. They were also very accommodating when our money would not go through and allowed us to pay the rest of the bill the next day and still be able to take our baby home. I would also like to say that their estimate was incredibly accurate and even came out to less then was expected. I highly recommend taking your pets here for emergencies.Thank you Waves!

I rushed my new puppy Lilah to waves this morning and was Greeted with the most wonderful people willing to help her we saw brandy rvt. she was so kind, very good at her job and Assuring me everything was okay. She gave me some great advice and I definitely recommend this place to anyone that's in need of emergency that services.

Such a compassionate, caring team. They all took such good care of my puppy. Special thanks to Dr Melissa and Max for your gentleness and care. I hope I’m never back but grateful spaces like yours exist!!!!
