Ottawa Valley Limousine

I want to start out by saying the booking experience was positive. They were pleasant to plan our event with and responsive. For Christmas we gifted my parents with an afternoon/evening out of the limo, dinner, and a concert tonight on St. Patrick's Day. That's were the positive ends unfortunately.Do not book this for a wedding or special event you'll be in tears. The limo that arrived was very old and not cleaned or maintained. It was not detailed, it was dingy, ripped seats etc. Nothing worked in it, the TV's, music, heating controls... none of it worked. We kept having to ask the driver at least 6x to turn the heat on for us in the back as it was cold and he kept turning it back off. I expected the driver to show up somewhat cleanly dressed, at bare minimum dress pants and collared shirt. He was in baggy jeans, some dirty old plaid style jacket and a trucker hat, looked like he was going to a barn/shed party not a limo driver. We had said by email our event would end between 7:30-8:00. It finished at 7:30, we tried calling and texting the number we were given, no answer. We started walking around trying to find him... 20 minutes later finally found where he was parked. Turns out we couldn't get a hold because the contact of our driver turned out wasn't our driver lol. We had also said by email there was 2 drop offs. We reminded him of that and he said it was the first he'd heard of it and seemed a bit annoyed by it.It is what it is, we got there and back... had some drinks and made the best of it. Didn't let it ruin our outing, but it definitely was disappointing. I couldn't imagine booking it for a wedding and having that ripped dirty old thing, that nothing works in it show up and the driver dressed like he's having beers in his garage.
