Absolutely disgusted with today's experience. I have used Paula for years on and off at the new row but was not available today for my son. After being told about the sensory room I booked in with Heather. My son has behaviour issues and gets scared with change and after starting his cut he began to cry not even half way through his cut another women came through and asked us to leave saying its regulation now. Never felt so embarrassed in my life and having to walk away with my sons hair half cut was a joke. I for one will never be back as seems there sensory" room is only for kids with non sensory issues! Should be ashamed! Further more I was never asked to put a mask on nor was I told it was mandatory! I also explained my child's situation before starting and was no issue and that is why I was taken through the back.... to the sensory room!"

I've had good haircuts here, but beware the online booking system, made an sppointment and showed up to be told the barber had gone home for the day

I had a bad experience at this barbers. I had booked an appointment. The woman who was cutting my hair was doing a very good job until half way through when she told me she would not be able to finish my haircut as she had another appointment waiting. I felt embarrassed and nervous to leave the shop with my hair half done. Fortunately I asked another one of the girls to finish my hair which they did. I will be getting my haircut at Hollywood barbers which is on the same street from now on.

I went in for a trim, got a haircut I didn't ask for, then charged £10.00. When I asked did they not do pensioners rates, I was told I had the equivalent of three haircuts. I didn't ask for three haircuts, just a trim. And it was done by what appeared to be a trainee. She asked several times, what to do next. Didn't expect to be treated like that. Won't be back.

Always had an amazing experience here, great cuts from Sheila and Paula and great prices. Booking a time is super easy and efficient
