Great haircut! Great service. Clean shop, what more could you ask for?

Good cuts, have been going for a couple years, but it's not a 'walk-in' as advertised. Today I'd been waiting for almost a half hour, was next up, then someone came in and gets a cut before I do. I guess I'd just been lucky in the past? They don't take appointments, but some clients get preferential treatment. My time is just as valuable as yours. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Amazing work by father and son team. These guys are pros- we highly recommend. A treasure to our community- people that specialize and excel in what they do.I had to add here after reading other reviewers saying they had to wait, boohoo, etc.... These guys are top shelf barbers, everyone can recognize quality and wants them to cut their hair so of course their place will never be empty!Man doesn't even leave to have lunch or a coffee- he eats his sandwich right there and gets onto the next client, goes all day 10 to 6.That's what you call demand- and there's a reason for it, and it's well worth the wait.Check my boy's hair he looks super handsome... I'll wait on that anyday.

I come in at around 3 oclock, i get sat down, i didnt get greeted or anything. As i get in the chair, he immediately goes away into the back and sits in there for about 20 minutes without saying a thing. He comes back, without even apologizing or even an explanation on why he was away for so lonf, instead, he comes back and asks what haircut I wanted. I had shown him picture reference of my old haircut (taper fade) and he completely disregarded anything i showed him, he didnt taper off the sides but instead did 1 all the way around on the sides( no fade ) he then asks how much i wanted off the top i said quarter on an inch and took off almost 3/4s without being careful at all. Not to mention this terrible service and cut comes up to 35$. Save ur money and dignity and go somewhere else

This is a fantastic place for a fast cut and the staff is superb.

They need to focus a little bit more on customer skills other then having preferential service. Appointment is only available for a limited clientele very unprofessional. Aylmer is a small town you won’t survive if you do business this way.
