He helped me twice to fix 2 laptops and was very helpful will visit again if needed

Would be zero stars if given the option. Refused to actually answer any questions instead only offering condescending comments. Even flat out laughed, then snorted at me while rudely saying How am I suppose to know" when asked a simple question about basic trouble shooting options. Heck

Took my laptop in last Friday to have it looked at as it was running incredibly slow and windows was crashing. I was able to pick it up on Saturday even though the store was not officially open. My laptop is now running faster than it has been in a good while! The person behind the desk was very polite and kind. Very happy with Teds Computer shop and I recommend it to anyone who's having problems with their computers.

All I have to say is this store is great. They fixed all my issues same day and the service was just great. Overall great experience I'll be bringing any computer issues I have in the future here.

If you ever need help with your computer, Ted is the man to see. This is the first time I needed service, and I got it. I had some major issues on my laptop that I could not fix myself. But Ted took considerable time and a personal interest in my issues, spending a great amount of time to fix an unusual problem and had it all done the next day.2 days after I run into another issue that I probably had created myself, and sure enough, Ted was able to clear that mess even while I was waiting in spite of it not being a straight forward problem. To top it off, he did not even want any money for this extra service - a highly recommended technician. Just don't believe that single negative comment from someone. below.

The hard drive in my old computer died and I had not backed it up. (Mea culpa.) I took it to Ted yesterday. It didn't look good. In the beginning, it did nothing and showed that the hard drive was shot. I was convinced that all was lost. I didn't have a lot that mattered, but I did have 85 pages of a book I had started writing. He kept at it and within an hour, had everything copied to a USB for me. We will definitely be taking our computers back when we need service in future.

Ted has always provide prompt and excellent service. He has saved my bacon more than a few times.

Great service and what a great down to earth guy, he did all he said and charged exactly what he said. Will use Ted next time we need something doing computer wise. Thank you Ted.
