A very positive place to buy new, trade in good quality used, or just go and ask for advice and help. Jordan was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful with my situation. I highly recommend Henry's Cameras. It's the only place I go for photography related items.

Cousin had an unfortunate accident with his camera and jammed the filter on after a drop. Staff assisted straight away and got the filter off. Decent range of cameras and equipment available, including used.

As a customer, I needed a family heirloom picture copied into prints. Your staff member Erin was a great help. All stores need a clerk like Erin. I was very anxious having this valuable photo processed and enlarged. Erin's expertise and demeanor put me at ease. Erin also assisted me in chosing a frame and even placed the print in it. I'll definitely tell others and return in the future. Kudos to Henry's!

I am a graphic designer but stopped doing photography for a while. I need now to update my camera but have no idea about the current updates. I walked in and my problem was solved in 10 minutes with answers to my everywhere questions. Graham was so efficient and so helpful, and I deeply appreciate it! Definitely will go back to supplies and support. Recommend this place to people who are not satisfied with cellphone photos.

My husband and I work with Eric Bozek at Henry's. We were trading in our old cameras. Eric gave us excellent customer service and gave us an excellent value. He explained everything very well and went out of his way to accommodate us. We were treated honestly and fairly. Whenever I need cameras and camera equipment in future, I will ask Eric for help.

I have called the store a few times and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Sarah over the phone and Graham in the store. They take the time and explain everything in ways that you understand and if you have questions they answer them without making you feel silly. I know this is their job but they are incredible at it. They are always polite pleasant and made time for me their customer. Definitely will be going back to Henry’s in London.

The team is just patient as well as professional. Visited with my two year old son for his passport photos. My son was fussy and required a lot of patience to have the required shots. I will definitely visit again.

I went into Henry's today with some old family photos, to have copies made. Graham treated my treasured photos with the utmost care. He did a superb job of editing and sizing. The reproductions are just beautiful. I am very happy. He was very personable too. He even went the extra mile and packaged them all up for me, to give to my family members. I would recommend Henry's to anyone.

Eric, Sarah and the whole team have been phenomenal since day 1. I bought my first t3i there and make a point of always coming back as much as I can to support the shop. They are SUPER knowledgable and have help me grow both from a professional and personal perspective. Great people to do business with.
