Really appreciate the guy named ‘Lovepreet’. The store was super busy with people and we were unable to decide the styles but Lovepreet helped me and my family to decide for christmas clothing while helping other customers as the same time. Later i find out he is the store manager too. No doubt, it really reflects in his work ethics and customer service approach.Thanks for your service.

I dont normally write a review, but I have to say I am pretty unimpressed with the stores policy on exchanges.I brought back a sweater (that was a christmas gift) for a larger size for my son. Thankfully there was one in his size, but the clerk asked me to pay an additional fee (as it was purchased on sale, and it was not currently on sale).Simply put, when returning to the store to exchange FOR THE EXACT SAME GARMENT, FOR ANY REASON, it is a ridiculous policy to ask the customer to pay ANYTHING. I can understand if it was outside a return window (which it wasn't- store policy was until January 9th, and it is Jan 2nd), or if there was no replacement garment and a store credit was needed to be used, or I wanted a different sweater...Its a shame because the styles are quite fun for kids, and the quality seems good, but I likely wont be back if this is how A KIDS STORE deals with size exchanges. They gained a few bucks but lost out on a lot more.
