Sold me 10k gold as 14k. I got tested 2 different places and the diamonds were making 3 different sounds on the tester. Don’t buy from these crooks. They just hang up on you

Owner is very friendly and he will always work out a deal or try and give you the best price for your buck. Only issue I ever had was them not opening on time. I had an event to attend and i wanted to pick up some earrings. I was waiting for about 20mins before they showed up which set me back by alot and made me late. Thats happened more than once, otherwise GREAT JEWELRY STORE!!!

So I started buying jewellery here last year; mistake, terrible quality jewellery at bad prices. Be prepared for your jewellery to break, oh and if you call them and tell them that their stuff is cheap & you're selling it back to them they will offer you 25% of the rate that you purchased the item for. They also just stock up on stock wholesale pendants like nuts they don't even make their own jewellery they just buy it wholesale cheaply and try to resell it to whoever will buy the stuff. Do not shop for your jewellery here, ever.

This is the most waste jewellers i have ever been too, only went there because they were the only ones open because the lockdown. No-one there knows what going on, and hang up when you call. I dropped money on custom pendant and they said all i had to do was approve which i did do, even though it was not designed exactly how i wanted. I told them to keep my money, i rather take a small loss then ever deal with this trash customer service. Also did a small repair that came out pretty trash as well. It also a daycare every single time i went there was a someone watching a baby. All hollow chains and I quality diamonds there .Do yourself a favour go somewhere else. Attached pictures so you guys can see this real honest review don't believe anything they say. TRASHH!!!!!

I drove 2hrs to get there and was not disappointed . The chain and pendant was better then I imagined ,will definitely going back. Customer service was top shelf !!!

My cousin ordered a bracelet in white gold, and they tried to give him yellow gold. Now I understand, mistakes happen, but either fix the mistake or give the money back, neither of which have they done.This has been going on for about a year, and they still will not even give him a refund and are basically says too bad for you"... he doesn't even have the bracelet either.Don't trust them!"

I ordered angle pendant and 26 inch rope chain they came , I ordered chef and chain pendant combo and another pendant waiting to receive those, I’m out in BC and they dealt with me proper over the phone via text

Spent over 5 grand on rings and chains.. Specifically a name plated necklace.. Instantly broke out in a rash ( which told me it was fake) took it back They said I needed higher quality gold.. Bought a different chain that was more expensive.. Nameplate was slanted.. Again broke out into a rash... Took it back again ... They just saudered a new hole so it wasnt slated.. 1 month later it turned completely brass.. Once again took it back They claim its not gold and denied making it.. Until I showed my receipt.. They refused to give me back my money but instead provide a 200$ cost of gold to buy the gold only.. Will never again go here. Yes the prices are cheap but unless you check their stuff dont trust it!!!

The store owner is so nice. The place felt secure and the pricing was fair. I think other well known stores are much more marked up than him. The watches, rings, chains, and emblems were astonishingly pretty.
