Not that pleased. Passengers treated me like an Uber driver, app takes forever to pay out, then when it finally does, adds another service charge that wasn't mentioned (but hidden in the FAQ and terms of service). 3 stars is generous, as customer service is thick as paint and insists on just saying they are right.

I couldn’t believe what happened this weekend I got three cancellations, later I got an approve.The driver was supposed to pick me up at 10:45pm, after an 1hour he texted me that he’s going to be 40 mins late, he texted me after midnight that wats my address was? and I send it to him and he told me that he was unable to pickup after me waiting for two hours. and I called him and ask for my refund or to cancel my my ride, he refused and I never got the refund and they have terrible customer service, and I was scammed by a driver! Do NOT use this app if you want a reliable ride! Had a driver approve a booking then tell me he would be 2 hours later, the customer service is horrible and unpredictable, they don’t responded back regarding the cancellation.It’s not worth it to risk your money.

Do not BOOK with the, its an SCAM, we order a ride with a guy called Jason and he never show up, on top they charged the money and its not way to contact them, very bad

I was stranded for about two days finding a share ride until I stumbled on Poparide. It was easy to find a ride for my trip and the driver was an amazing person. I recommend their service 100%

The service is getting worse while fee doubled in the past year, from $5 to $10. Pick up drop off locations are not shown causing confusions. No phone support and hiding contact support making it difficult to contact the service provider, make the users frustrated.

Such a terrible experience with Poparide in Canada..these drivers first post an invitation seeking $5 and when u request them for a ride they ask you to message them at their cell phone number and then raise the prices to $15..seriously it’s better to do uber rather than wasting your time looking for an honest driver to help you reach your destination…

Highly unprofessional services. People put something else as their charges and charge completely different. They even post same ride at different timings. Highly unreliable. I have suffered 3 times because of them. They need to make strict rules for their drivers and need to be more careful for how much a driver is charging.
