Got the newest addition to my family (pictured) here a couple weeks ago. We couldn’t have asked for better experience in the adoption process… Declan provided amazingly thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly help. If you normally get your pet stuff at certain chains, give this place a chance instead! You won’t regret it. Declan, if you’re reading this, a million thank yous… Wilbur is loving his “forever home”, and he is looking forward to coming to visit you for his nail trim in the near future ;)

hello, I'm not sure if you remember me but I came in to buy a rat. I just wanted you to know he's doing well with his brother noodles. I bought them a huge cage so they can run around. that little black rat is living the life. I was thinking about those other rats, and if you had a few too many I could give them a home here.

Great store for almost all things pet related. In my opinion, excellent staff is the most important part of any business. Mister Pet have been in business for many years and their friendly, knowledgeable staff is why. If you don’t know exactly what you need, the staff will offer options with the knowledge to back it up. If you know exactly what you need, but can’t find it, the staff will acquire if for you in a timely fashion.The prices and selection are competitive and it’s always a positive experience.Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this pet store. I purchased two female rats that ended up BOTH being pregnant due to them being in the same cage as a male! I ended up with 15 babies total. When we called, he told us we can bring them in once they are ready and if we were to play with them he would sell them as pets. About a week ago we called as a follow up to ask how we would be compensated for all the extra food and bedding we have been buying (bag of food every two days) and he said he would give us $3 a rat!! Saying he sells them for $5 when we bought them for $10 each. Not to add that after our most recent call he said he can’t promise to sell the as pets but he might sell them now as feeders! Beyond infuriating!!! Also to add that he didn’t apologize once for selling us two pregnant rats as a FIRST time rat owner. Extremely disappointed

We got a new addition not long ago from here, she's not only adorable but has quickly become best friends with our cockatiel. The staff were helpful and answered any questions we had without being pushy about buying any extras with her as we had everything set up at home already. I'm sure they would've been happy to go through a whole set up for a new bird owner if needed through.

Purchased 2 female rats and both were pregnant after being left in a tiny enclosure with their brother. Imagine my surprise when 2 weeks after bringing them home I suddenly had 15 baby rats, which was quite upsetting as I was a first time rat owner. When I called them they offered me no explanation or advice, just that they’d take them back when they were of age. After a month of paying out of pocket for so much extra bedding and food, they offered me $3 store credit per baby, and even though I had spent countless hours socializing them they wouldn’t be guaranteed to be sold as pets. So now I would be in a significant financial loss due to their negligence and irresponsibility. Do not purchase any live animals here.

The owners is very friendly and helpful. We bought a rabbit one month ago and they still remember us and offered a free nail cutting.

Always wonderful info from this store, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always a pleasant experience with Al and everyone else in the store.

Got a Ferret from here not too long ago. Such a sweet and loving boy. Staff are friendly. Very well handled ferret. Going to get another one from them!
