Terrible company to work for, was working here and one of the other shifts damaged my toolbox, I was told they would fix or replace it for weeks, but I end up receiving a phone call from the boss joe being extremely rude and insulting me telling me how he won’t replace my box it’s worth nothing, he told me the best he could do is 100$ gift card to Home Depot which is literally insulting. I was hired for minimum wage after completing my level 1 foundations, everyone they hired after me was hired for 20-22 $ an hour starting and they were asked not to disclose how much we get paid with other employees. Disgusting

The guys in parts do not have a clue as to what a deck plate that was made by them and service guy is no help either. Last time i spend money with magnum equipment for my equipment.

Bought a one year old trailer privately. Called and asked about getting some things done that should have been done when the trailer was built. Sales person responded promptly, however the quote came back at $3000 for $500 worth of parts and what should be a 4 to 6 hour job. Thats rougly $400 an hour for there shop. These guys should give there heads a shake.
