Food is good, like any other McD's. However, my order was screwed up from when I made an order online and went to pick it up. They got my order wrong.. But they were super apologetic and compensating. It must have been an overwhelming few weeks as they are very new here.

Staying at the hotel in fairmont, it's 10pm nothing else is open get to McDonald's at 1130pm, make a big order of $65 worth and they still manage to deliver fast and fresh food. Wish every fast food place was like this!

Food was cold, and in typical McDonald's fashion, milkshakes were unavailable. Also, no straw for my drink. Bad first impression for this new location.

I know this place just opened a few weeks ago so I let the couple things happen when I first went there slide, but since then it seems to keep getting worse. Multiple times now they've given me the wrong food or their English Mc Muffins are hard as a rock. Twice now I've waited over 20 min for food for one meal. Hopefully they can get it figured out!

The atmosphere was alright. The worst food I ate at any Mc Donald's ever and I have lived and traveled alot. The fries were cold and you could literally wring out the grease. My mom and I didn't eat them. The service was slow we waited for a long time. My coffee orders were wrong. They need to get it togethe, this isn't even tourism season. The garbage was so full we had to take our garbage with us.

My friends and I ordered egg and cheese McMuffins and they gave us ones which had ham and we can’t have pork so had to throw them out. It was such a waste of money.

Like their breakfast menu options, and as always reasonable. Delicious thick mega size milkshakes. Staff very friendly and helpful, so glad we have an additional place available that is easy on the pocketbook. Welcome McDonalds!

Came here with my boyfriend and they brought the food right out to the table we were at. Great new McDonald’s with nice new furniture. I do wish they would bring back the play places. Not for me and my boyfriend just because they were sick. Highly recommend this place. Also watch out for the low hanging lights at the two seat tables. My boyfriend hit his head twice, mainly his fault though.
