I absolutely love working with Carrousel. Deborah and Chantal are wonderful. I have never had any issues with this company and I plan to work with them forever.

Exceptionally poor customer service. I was told to go pick up an order at the store the following day by a CSR.I drove one hour to the warehouse to be told that the person that could authorize the sale of the item was not there, to come back tomorrow. I sent someone the next day to pick up the order, and no authorization was done by anybody. The transaction was passed immediately by the counter agent.While the employee was there they told me they noticed that anything anybody came for was an equal disaster. One person asked how much an item was on the floor, and was told I don't know

Pathetic service. The ladies at the frontline need some training. Told one of them upfront I do not feel welcome and she needs to change her attitude. The owner of this store needs to understand his staff are very unwelcoming and stand offish. They do you a favor by replying to you. They fail to email back, do not understand what you need and treat you horribly. Most of the products are unavailable. Why are you even in business? Literally every other product was unavailable. Sick attitude, unavailable products, lack of interest in sales/business, demotivated employees sitting on their desk looking at a computer, wow! The rep I met was rude and unfriendly. When I complained to her that I will escalate, she toned down and promised me the next day she would email me all the pricing and IGNORED ME. Some Sylvia needed a reminder to send that email and she sent me one after complaining. COMPETITORS of CAROUSEL - You have an opportunity here!

I have called the HR to discuss my candidacy for employment. All I got from the person is the position is no longer available. I asked if I could send my resume since I am more than qualify for the position. I had noticed the position was filled twice in less than 6 months.After reading many negative reviews. I thought my expertise in analytical strategy, transport and other high skills was ignored.The HR person was more preoccupied with the issue of their website I had mentioned rather than to hear about my candidacy and not to mention the laughs heard was an insult to my intelligence. Just willful arrogance and ignorance from that person. I don't blame to have failed to recognize my full potential.I also had to ask a reputable person to send my resume as my email was having issues.No thank you in response for showing interest in the company like any professional enterprises who receives a resume.If you read this. Please discard my resume. My self esteem, my years of work experience, my integrity is far more important. Deep listening and suspended judgment are skills that Les Emballages Carrousel definitely lack of.

Lost, arrogant and massively incompetent. Cant execute simple instructions on delivering an order.

Strictly by appointment. You can park on the street overnight. Slow unloading. Polite shippers.

Fast and easy/rapide et efficace

Very good on packaging material for small businesses and restaurants. One thing I like about this place is that they will sell you a single packaging box so you don't need to buy more than you need.
