Would give 0 if an option. Poorly managed, chaotic feel to the place. Customer service for pick up and drop off was short, rude, arrogant. Would never recommend this place.

Amazing customer service from Mark. He went over and beyond to make sure we got taken care of. My mom rented a vehicle from this location she is old and having a hard time to get in and out on a small car but Mark the manager upgrade us to a Kia Soul so that my mom will have a comfortable vehicle for free. He was so nice and even explain to us clearly what we need to know as this is the first time my mom rented a vehicle. When we returned the vehicle we receive the same experience from him. National will be my go to rental agency from now on and I will tell my family,friends and all people that I know the Excellent service that we received and experience from this location .Thanks again Mark.

Go to buget car rentals or anyone else because these guys will just botch the entire experience and charge you for things you didn't dobe Cautious when renting from national car rental in Duncan becuase i just rented a car from them and becuase i didnt go thorough the car with a fine pick comb and see some damage that was one there they dinged me for it and charged me 350 dollars for damage I didn't do to the vehicle. I will not be back to this location to rent a vehicle and they lost out on customer becuase i was coming back this week to rent another one

Please protect yourself, and avoid this business. Their sales team is unkind, and honestly, after my experience I left without renting a car. Obviously after seeing these other reviews, I recognize that I made the right decision.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! This company is committing fraud. They have charged our credit card for damage to a vehicle, when the windshield already had a documented chip. They used a weird excuse where they had acknowledged it, but we also had to verbally acknowledge the chip and bring the sales person out to the vehicle to examine it together. Please just use EXTREME caution when engaging with this company as they seem to have done this to a number of older folks who don’t use google review/internet as a means of vetting business. I encourage you to find another business to deal with if at all possible! Be safe out there folks. Untrustworthy business people are everywhere, and it’s up to us as buyers/consumers to watch out for each other.

Customer service is great. Great choices of vehicle. Never had a problem not resolved. All questions answered very clear and in a friendly manner. Prices are competitive.Thank you Mark for making my experience renting a car enjoyable.

It looks like they somehow removed my previous review, but because I’m taking them to fraud with the credit card company, I will continue to periodically check the google review section for proof that their actions are part of a pattern.The vehicle had a windshield chip noted on the paperwork, and after we examined the chip and confirmed notation of the damaged, I took the rental and went on my way as we had an emergency to attend to.Upon return of the vehicle the chip was blamed on me. The company has charged my card for the repairs, in spite of the chip being a previous repair issue that they had documented. I think they intentionally leave this vehicle with repair issues, until multiple people who rent the car pay for the damage, making as much money as they possibly can, and then finally fix it. Please just be careful, skip this place, and go ANYWHERE else for a rental.It’s tough times, and when businesses are deceptive, we all lose. Be careful, be safe. Best wishes.

Great experience. There were no weird hoops to jump through as with certain other rental companies. The attendant was courteous, thorough and provided prompt, excellent service. We would rent from there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent and helpful staff as well as management - professional, friendly and personable! Good prices and well maintained vehicles. I have rented from them a couple of times already and will be back to rent again! I would definitely recommend over any other rental company in Duncan.

Why are there so many negative reviews? I'm glad I ignored them and booked my rental with National in Duncan. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and even offered me a ride to the collision shop. I was very impressed with the level of service received. I was even offered a complimentary upgraded vehicle when I booked a mid-range just because I'm an Emerald member. (Free National Rental car club program) The rental I was provided was a brand new vehicle. And I mean NEW! The odometer read 20 km! Very impressed and would definitely rent here again and recommend. I really cant understand the negative reviews...? I'm happy with the service and staff!
