Went Friday night for the friends event. It was an awesome experience all the staff were friendly and pleasant to interact with! It was nice to see a manager out on the sales floor helping his staff, asking customers if they needed price checks or if they would like to hold their items while shopping. It was very busy but I was approached by at least 4-5 employees if i needed a hand with anything, left me and my friends feeling valued. A+! Spent $700

Sportscheck is a place I frequent for shoes and jackets. I made the typical mistake of getting the wrong size, and I happened to have purchased it online at the till. I wanted to return my online order but it seemed almost difficult to. I brought the receipt back to the store later that evening but the worker told me she couldn't help me, to phone the toll free number. So I phoned the toll free # and told them it was purchased with a gift card, the operator lady said my return money will be back within 7-10 buisness days. I told her I wanted to check my card just in case the money was deposited. She told me it wont work immediately" "it'll take 7 days" and gave me a reference number to call next week. I still insisted to check my balance. She asked for my card # and there was sticker above it that I had to peel off. She told me "it shouldn't be that hard to read"

Horrible customer service on July 16th 2020 at 4:15pm. We walked into a very messy store and there were no employees in sight! There was one lady who was wearing a black work apron just playing with a hanger while walking near the dressing rooms but did not make eye contact with us. I would not recommend going here.

Been in this store for about 20 minutes now and LITERALLY haven't seen any staff besides the 2 teenagers gossiping at the front til, oh and the 2 sports tech's" BSing in the back shop. Where is all the staff??Worst customer service ever in this store

I was part way through a transaction and said I wanted a bag as one was never offered. The cashier responded you have to pay for all bags in prince albert-- I did not know as I just come here to shop. She was rude in the tone of her response. She sold me a bag after but it held up her line.Also I forgot my CT money card and she proceeded to scan another CT money card by the til, strange. My purchase happened today's date at about 4:26PM.

Absolute mess of a place to try shopping in for clothing! There are so many clothes hung on the fixtures, they are coming off the ends of the fixture. Some are literally just piled on top of the hanging clothes in a crumpled mess. Clothing isn't sized properly, and because the fixtures are so stuffed full it's difficult to even look for sizes. There doesn't seem to be any real order to the place other than the separation of men's and women's clothing, although the sports displays were nice. The staff on the floor seemed more interested in chatting about their vacations than helping people, or doing much work. I didn't feel very welcome as nobody offered a hello or seemed to notice I was even there. The cashier however, was very friendly and I was able to find a nice hoodie at a decent price, even though I went in to find yoga pants.

Tried to go buy golf shoes. No staff in site to get the right size.Only seen three staff members in a distance talking to each other. Im sure they make it fun to work with each other. But it wasn't a good experience. Customer service and sask best is must needed for the business. Truth hurts.

The staff didn't seem too keen on helping a customer with shoes. One guy was sitting on his phone. Another walked out from the back, just stood and stared. No greeting, no can I help you." Nothing. Not impressed and will not be returning."

Stopped in for the for the first time since covid, what an uncomfortable shopping experience. The whole building is dead silent, no radio. You could hear a pin drop. What a weird vibe. Even from the staff. I litterally asked if the radio was broken. She responded that it was policy or something. Just order online or head to stoon, save yourself the experience.
