Management is Disrespectful and Rude! A Busy Friday Night is No reason to be Disrespectful to a customer who is simply calling to inquire about money that an employee assured them the night before would be returned within 24hrs because they were charged 2x and this is an on going issue the restaurant is well aware of when people originally try to pay online....P.SI wasn't talking over you!Was simply trying to get a word in But it's clear you have no idea what is going on in your store or with your ordering system!Maybe the Employee I spoke to on Thursday Night after ordering and being charged 2x should be Promoted to Management because they seemed to be more aware of the issues you claimed to have no idea about...They may have been wrong about the refund time and process but that's an Incorrect Mistake because at least they were aware that the issue I experienced was an ongoing problem with the online ordering system and they talked to me Calming and with Respect unlike the last on Friday night who claimed to be Management !Also F.Y.I. ... EVERY Pizza Restaurant in the World is Busy on a Friday Night!!You're NOT Special!!Gives you no right to Disrespect customer who were ripped off the night before!!

Pros.The chicken bits were pretty good.Cons.Pepperoni was burnt.Onions were burnt.Infact all the pizzas were burnt on the top and fine on the bottomCheese bite things , where's the cheese?Dear Pizza HutWe get it, you had to close the restaurants. That sucks but understandable. The Little Caesars like approach to the pizza.... Good idea, if the pizza was cooked/tasted the way it used to.Not so much if it doesn't.

My family and I are proud pizza-hut consumers, as we love their pan pizza’s. However, since the new location has opened, quality has declined significantly! Tonight, we ordered the personal boxes, a pizza, wings and things, as well as cheese pull-a-parts. We received our order and first noticed the lack of fries. Usually, when you order items for 20 ish dollars, you’d expect there to be a normal amount of fries. To our surprise, the boxes were barely filled! They essentially just covered the bottom layer of the box and called it a day there… Meanwhile, boneless bites were swimming in sauce and they had forgotten our cheese pull-a-part bread. We called to inquire about our cheese bread, and were greeted to a fairly polite employee (a great thing). They said they would deliver it in 20-30 min (got to us in 20). Excited about this, we dug in… Just to find that the cheese bread is underbaked and half inedible. At this point, we were stressed about the situation and just called it for the night. After all, quality has really gone down since the relocation. Not sure if we’d order or visit again seeing that there were so many issues with ordering 4 items…

I ordered bread sticks and garlic bread from here. I ordered many times and gave a positive feed back. But last time when I ordered my order was over toasted and it was burnt. So I recommend you to please do check your order when you do carry out.Otherwise you will end up loosing taste of your favourite bread sticks.

So I ordered a pizza with clear instructions for what I want as the toppings, i take the pizza home and open it there's toppings that are missing from the pizza which i already paid for, so put aside the fact that I'm driving 30 minutes to and back from the restaurant to do this becuase some staff can't pick up the phone to hear what's going on, i get to the restaurant and ask one of the workers why my pizza were missing toppings when i paid for them, and the worker is trying to tell me that the toppings are underneath the cheese" when clearly they aren't but okay! Not 30 seconds go by and i see this bottle on the counter which I'm assuming is not allowed to be consumed at a working station especially when there's food being cooked"

I'll admit right of the bat that I might be buyist because pizza is my favorite. I haven't been to this pizza hut in yrs, but I do remember pizza hut being delicious. Went today for the first in a very long time. Pizza was just as good as I remembered it, prices were fine. Especially buying a large and getting a medium for $5. It was cozy and the staff were great. Really great. Highly recommend checking this place out. It might be a while before I'm back there, but it remains on of the greats.

This was my first time ordering from this new location. The service was standard. The young people working were nice. I ordered chicken wings and was very disappointed. The wings were so tiny. They were cooked well and the sauce was ok. But I would never order wings here again.

Good thing I had buy one get one free. $25 for medium pizza, that I had to pick up... I'm sincerely sorry to all the pizza places in Windsor that I passed to get this microwave quality pizza. Staff was nice though, not their fault pizza hut stinks.

Who was working today Sunday Oct. 17, 2021 ? My large Hawaiian pizza looks like someone stole a piece of crust before baking the pizza. See photos... The receipt has the day and time of the order & order number.

I've always liked Pizza Hut but it's gotten very expensive. The caesar salad portion was very small for a large. The crutons were not good at all. The Melts were good but much smaller than expected. They should come with 2 dips because the containers come half full. They have a nice flavour and crunch.
