All Property Consulting Inc

The complex in which I live in is represented by All Property Consulting Inc. I can’t speak on behalf of an owners perspective of how I feel All Property Consulting does, however as a renter of my home I can definitely tell you how All Property Consulting Inc make ME feel. I feel as though I am treated like a second class citizen because I rent when in fact, I am also a part of this community. All Property Consulting make it difficult for me to feel like I’m a part of my community. They brush me off or simply ignore me. Kevin O’Donnell specifically gives off “an air” of superiority making himself quite unapproachable. This explains his lack of concern for a serious issue I recently approached him with. If All Property Consulting do not have the staff, time or patience to answer to the renters in the complexes they represent, then don’t allow any owners to rent their property to renters. Having unhappy tenants would result in greater turnover. I would love for Kevin to experience an actual “bad tenant” in replace of my household. I am a good neighbour. I do my best everyday to contribute to my community because I take pride in and am grateful to be a part of one. I would like to be treated like a member and treated fairly. I think I deserve that. I was under the impression that the role of a Property Management Professional was to work for both the owner and the tenant. Kevin signs his emails with,“Kevin O’DonnellStrata Agent for the Owners”The negative effects of discrimination are not necessary. To be treated this way is unjust and unfair. No one deserves to feel as though they are an outsider within their own community.
