Canada Post Rosedale Depot

I had a very positive experience with this Canada Post location yesterday. My package had been in the system for a few weeks now, and the craziness of Christmas and COVID surely were not helping the situation. My tracking information had finally suggested that my package had arrived in Edmonton, only to have another update a few hours later saying that there was a processing error and I should expect delays. On a whim I drove out to this location because it seemed to be a hub for packages and mail in Edmonton.I spoke with a few people at the facility, and staff proceeded to spend the next 40 minutes trying to find my package. It sounds like there was a large pile of packages with errors on the labels which had to be sorted and worked through manually. After asking me about the rough dimensions of my package, they went off and worked through the packages, continuing until after they were closed. Lo and behold they were able to find it. I was overjoyed. I had been worried about being able to get this package before Christmas, but they stepped up and found it for me. Very happy. Thanks so much!

The rudest staff I have ever encountered before. I was blown away at how loud, rude and inconsiderate the front lady was. Avoid this location if you can help it because that personnel should not be working in a front line customer position when they are unable to professionally interact with others. Unbelievable.

Terrible staff. Makes their own rules.

The absolute worst human being in the history of the universe resides here as the staffing manager. He was a age-ist from the very moment we met. These people and in particular this staffing G never even had a clue as to how to create an environment where people could have success and be able to move forward with confidence that Canada Post could be a place where you could have faith that the right thing to do was the way they wanted things to go.From the moment I set foot in Rosedale I was made to feel that I was not going to make it with those shoes". Even though I had a change of shoes in my bag at the time.The ineptitude of R gee whiz and his crew and minions at Rosedale Canada Post depot was palpable in every way every day as people were coming up to me every day asking if I knew what to do when virtually no help was given on any day and no direction or idea besides the " pull sheet "

Some great hours: 10-2pm. How is anyone able to make those hours work?

A package from the Queen’s printer got delivered to the wrong mail box because of my own error. I worked with Canada Post to try and track it down, I didn’t have my hopes up because it had been so long… I was not provided a tracking number when I originally ordered the package so I wasn’t aware it was delivered at all. The supervisor, Katelyn, for our mail route was so kind as to check the community box for us and managed to track it down. Thank you for going above and beyond, it was so appreciated! Wishing you and your team well!

This is the worst shipping experience of my life. My product was not delivered to me, but the staff says that it was delivered to me and someone even left a signature... I did not receive anything, the staff says that they will call me, but two weeks of silence. They just lost my parcel and no one is solving anything. absolutely irresponsible staff.

What is the point of only being open from 10 am to 2pm? Even the banks have better hours

A big postal depot. If you're looking for a place to send parcels, try your retail postal outlet. Your rpo is the place listed on your card out card, which is what you receive when you aren't home to accept certain types of items. Also, look online for an Rpo that is conveniently located for your needs. Rpo's have longer hours and are designed to better serve customers, a depot is a hub designed for delivering to the community.
