I went to a lot of cigar stores in the GTA and the Smoking Cigar has the best customer service of all : kindness, availability, constant search of satisfaction. It is unbeatable!Added to that, they offer a wide variety of cigars, always well stocked, pipe tobacco and they have good price on Boveda stuff as well as all kinds of humidors.Did I mention that they did amazingly well during the pandemic to help me ? They even delivered to my door, for free !Look no further if you want to refill your humidor. Go there, you wont regret it.

Came here today with a friend to pick up/buy some cigars to celebrate a life event. From a couple of calls to my in-person experience of buying a few cigars and picking up an order for the Quarter Century Cigar Club, I have nothing but praise for Smokin' Cigar.The selection of cigars were fantastic on their own, but what really amazed me was the friendliness of the staff. Having limited experience with cigars, the staff guided us to what would best suite our tastes and proper cigar care. I will absolutely be returning here again in the future.

Great cigar selection with very competetive prices. Stopped there today and got myself some greatly discounted and yet quality cigars.Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable as usuall. Just wish they were closer to my home, as I would defenetly be one of their more frequent customers.Highly recommend!

Ordered a lighter online from another province. Very fast shipping. Had an issue with it, probably manufacturer's defect. They acknowledged the warranty on the item without any complaints and even sent me an upgraded replacement for my inconvenience. Great customer service, products and prices

Very nice Cigar shop, honest people. Trae is a true gentleman. If he is not there, then ask for JJ. The people that work there are amazing! Great authentic Cigars! I would recommend this place to any Cigar smoker!
