Normally don’t mind shopping here but quite a bite of stuff between online and store but because stores are closed tried to get ahead on shopping. Took a good amount of time looking through a lot of stuff they had ordered my stuff had huge trouble with payment but got through that placed another couple order cause it was save 20% on orders over $99.00 but placed my order they toook my money out. Then cancelled my order said the codes were a mistake but weren’t sure what the problem was just they need to cancel everyone’s order with that discount on it. So now I lose my whole $1000 in summer clothes down and out. Can’t reorder cause all the stuff is out of stock now. So disappointed never shopping here again! So poorly taking care of, poor management! Wonder why footlocker is going down in business. Try to help during pandemic and just cancel orders, is there resolution to fixing the problem!

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son's birthday online. 2 days later I hadn't received anything about the order being shipped so I gave them a call and they said yeah, sorry, that item isn't actually available so your order will be canceled and you'll be refunded. Checked the website and you can still order the exact same pair/size/style of shoes!! The representative told me the website isn't updated to reflect what's in stock...I asked if the shoes were available at any nearby locations and apparently they're not in stock in any stores, either. So WHY ARE THEY AVAILABLE TO BUY ONLINE?? And it took 2 days for you to let me know and the only reason I even found out the order was canceled was because I had to call you?! Pretty ridiculous.

Ordered 4 gift cards for Christmas, they never went thru the email but the money was taken from the account. Called customer service on Dec 30th and could not understand the rep at all plus all I heard was someone speaking Hispanic in the background over the person I was speaking too. Thought this was Footlocker Canada? Will never order or purchase from company again if I cannot communicate with service rep. and not receiving product. Horrible service, hope Foot Locker changes their policies/practices and get effective CS reps. My money is best used somewhere else.

Poor online experience - merch availability is not accurate and their customer service reps are not willing to help. Like many others here part of my order was cancelled by them 2 days later because the item was out of stock. That being said the item was showing in stock right after they cancelled my order. When I contacted them they were not willing to help.

Might possibly be the worst online ordering experience ever. No inventory on most shoes. Errors when adding to cart, Errors on the checkout that are vague and don't tell you if they are out of stock of the shoe they just said was in stock or it was just an error. The support bot asks you for details only to immediately ask you for the same details right after. When they forward you to a live agent there is no indication of how long it will take just a simple Don't leave". It's 2023 a working website is a pretty basic ask. Kids on shopify do better. Makes me think they are probably going out of business"

Has anyone ever had this problem with footlocker? I returned pants last week and they sent it back to me all the way from Ont where I sent the return. I called CS and they didn’t listen to a word I said and basically called me a liar so I aksed for a manager and she said the return depts decision is final and can not be over turned and I said that’s what you think. Are you calling me a lair too or are you going to listen to why I called. She kept saying the same thing over and over again so I asked to speak to someone above her and she said no that there’s no one above her and I was like come on I don’t believe that for a second so go find someone who’s going to listen to what happened. I’m guessing that calling customers liars isn’t very good for business.

Horrible customer service when I called. Literally spent at least 5 hours dealing with foot locker and champs customer service reps on the phone with a gift card issue. I dealt with one rep after another and NOT ONE was able to resolve the issue. First off, it should NOT have been an issue. On the confirmation email for the champs gift card I purchased, it CLEARLY stated that I could use the champs card on the foot locker site, yet the only answer I received from the champs rep was “you can’t use the champs card on the foot locker site” When I explained that it’s false advertisement because it said right there in my email that THEY sent that it was possible, the rep decided to once again transfer me to ANOTHER rep/department. I am disgusted with this service and will NOT be wasting my money on these two establishments. If you can avoid it, please do. To be passed along from rep to rep and NOT have the issue rectified is unacceptable.

I went on Sunday and I bought a pair of runner for my grandson. Today January 5th 2023 I went to return because my daughter change her mind. I went to footlocker from BC Burnaby Metrotown the adults one and there always is just one till open. Sunday was one today was one tho the store was a little busy. So I stand on line and a East Indian guy came to me with a phone and asked me if I want to buy I said no I want to return and he said ooo I am sorry u have to wait on line because I don't do returns. Now in my mind I said or he doesn't do returns because doesn't know how to do or because he has this phone on his hand and again he cannot do it. After a good 15 minutes waiting and see him now at another till helping all the young East Indian guys he turn to me and said come I help you now. I look left right behind me I see nobody then I let him talk after few times telling me that he can help me I said r u talking with me and he said yes. I said after u helped everyone behind me u want to help me he says yes I said no thank you and he said ok and the irony was that after he saw me angry he start talking with the cashier to keep me longer on line. His name is Amrit conform the cashier and also the store manager. What kind of store manager u have when this days with so much hate he take all his east Indians first and let a middle age white woman to stand in line when in fact was her turn. U like a big corporations should take care of this kind of situations not to happen again.
