I wanted to thank you for a smooth, affordable, stress-free experience. Your movers were professional and patient. They took care of business and treated my items with great care. Crew leader Mike was a great representative for your company. The other Mike was a wiz at de-assembling and reassembling necessary items. The taller gentleman was very pleasant and efficient.The whole experience took a load off my mind after a disappointing cancellation by another company (I did receive my deposit refund from them). Mike and Cam gave me the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Mike was VERY professional and handled all my items with care, made sure everything was wrapped. The communication from the start of the day until the end of the day was second to none! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone who is moving. The owner Lisa is very also very professional on meeting on all of our needs. I will definitely use this company if ever needed again and tell all my friends and family about them.

Cam and Mike were absolutely wonderful. They were punctual, communicative, and very organized with their packing and loading of the truck. I was shocked how fast we were able to get done. The owner even called to make sure I was happy with the job! This company really knows what good customer service is! The first time I spoke with Lisa was during the pandemic in 2020. I was so impressed with the pricing and all that her company offers I kept her number as I knew I was going to move in the near future. So lo and behold, two years later, that day arrived. Her guys were very pleasant and PROFESSIONAL and sweet! They WORKED until the job was done. They put together my bed and dresser just like they found it. (I think my bed maybe a little more comfy now!) Moving is stressful enough but Lisa and her guys made it easier. If I move again, I will include packing services in my budget so I don’t have to do it again. Good job guys! I’m very pleased. God Bless!

The communication with Lisa, the owner, was amazing, from her estimate to texts as to the timing of the move and even through the payment process. The 4 young men who did the move were professional, polite, and eager to please. I definitely recommend Pronto Moving to anyone needing this service.

My interactions with Lisa (the owner) were pleasant in the beginning, however, after she walked through my house to take inventory and provide an estimate for both packers and movers, I was very surprised when I was charged more than the quoted price. Even more surprising was I was promised 3 packers when only two showed up and 6 movers but only 5 showed up and still I paid more than I was quoted. To add to the insult, my flat screen TV was damaged during the move and their compensation was to offer $46 for a 72 flat screen TV.~In response to Lisa's comments below... Lisa

This was a great experience from the very beginning all the way to end. Denise and Lisa were always willing to answer all my questions over the phone and didn’t make a hassle of us having to reschedule our moving day. AJ and his crew, Josiah and Brandon (sorry for any misspelling and any wrong names) were the best crew you could ask for. They hustled, took great care of our belongings, were extremely courteous, and did I mention they hustled! Don’t bother looking for another company. This is the team you need behind your move.
