Simplicity Car Care Burlington

Although an unfortunate situation of being side swiped by another car is what landed me at Simplicity, I'm glad it's where I ended up! From their professional representatives, to the timely fix without compromising the quality of the job, all around made it a seamless process. My car looks brand new and they even took the time to fix up a couple other scratches on my car. I'll be back in the future (hopefully not due to another accident), but for any of my car needs. Thanks Simplicity.

My family has used Waterdown Collision for 20 years with no problem. I made the mistake of going with the lower quote for work and used Simplicity to repair my car after someone backed into me. Only 2 years after the work was done, the repair began failing at such a rapid rate and a crack and rust had formed. The owner was completely rude and condescending to me when I asked about making the situation right. Don't go here if you have a reasonable expectation of a job well done the first time.

TRUSTWORTHY REPAIR SHOPI had my truck repaired here in January of 2019 after a small accident. The experience was very good and Daniel, Merik and their team were great to work with. I wrote a review about it on a different account.Fast forward to January 2021. Took my truck to Ford to have something looked at. (Unrelated to my accident from two years prior)While working underneath the truck, the Ford tech noticed a small issue and honest mistake that would have occurred the last time the truck was taken apart in a way that disconnected the cab from the bed. So, I took the vehicle back to simplicity as that was the only time I had work done on the body of the truck.I explained the situation to Merik and Daniel, they didn’t give me any hassle or questioning despite not having seen my truck for two years. They were able to have the issue fixed within 3 days of me informing them and never complained or argued.Simplicity/Burlington Collision Centre is an honourable shop and I cannot recommend them enough after the way they turned what could have been a stressful and frustrating situation into a positive experience!

Exceptional work and flawless repairs! Fairly quick with their repairs and easy car rental process with them as well. They also detail your car inside and out before your vehicle is ready for pickup. If you need your car repaired from an incident, I highly recommend going to them!

The guys did a fantastic job replacing my rocker panels on my car for a reasonable price!!! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I would use them again if I needed work done to my vehicle. Thanks guys!!!

My car was there on an insurance claim and these guys did an outstanding job, going beyond what was required and bringing the car to better condition than it was before. They seem like honest people and my experience tells me that they stand behind their work. If I need body work/painting done in the future, I would definitely go back to them.

I had a number of services done on my 2013 Mercedes at this shop and the service is second to none. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and I was able to save at least few hundred dollars! My car looked amazing and the job was completed on time. Great service, highly recommend it!

Received a quote for work from the team that seemed reasonable and was told the repair would take 10 days. I was paying for this out of pocket as it was not an insurance claim.The repair ended up taking just over a year with the need to pay an additional 50% over what was originally agreed.
