one star for this place is too much in my opinion. over priced and horrible service. kept my dog here for boarding, found out she only does one outing at night for maybe an hour for pee break, and found out she feeds them expired dog food. I was told not to bring in my own food, didn't know any better at the time, and my dog had diarrhea for almost a week after picking him up.

Brought my cat in for 10 am and was called at 5 pm saying they didn't have time to get to him, bring him in the next day. Same thing next day. Was quoted at 400$ and they tried to charge me 700$. Absolutely rude service and have never felt more disrespected. Mentioned i did DIY proper raw diet, it was after that comment that the service declined and got much worse.

Waste of money. She didn't even look at my dog. 2 thumbs up to her helper who was actually concerned about a bunch of stuff, but Hampton brushed it off and misdiagnosed my dog. Had to put him down shortly after my visit.

Calling on a Monday afternoon, they pick up the phone and set it back down. As if they think I can’t still hear them picking it up and breathing down the receiver. Terrible service skills. Wouldn’t recommend, even with their pricing I’d assume they’d actually care about animals and not just the money.

Very kind and compationate to us and our puppy during a sad time. Thank u for being so kind and showing compation and care. We will be sure to come back again once a new puppy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. All they care about is money. Brought my cat in to have ear mites cleaned(found her outside) & get meds, and get her first shots. Came back. Got a bill for $345. No shots. Just to clean her ears. Anywhere else would have cost $40 for the cleaning and meds. Big rip off scammers. Also charged my mother double to put our cat down years ago. Said they had to give him two shots of euthanasia". Cat was bones when he was put down. And why did my mom have to pay double for their incompetence? They claim to care about animals but

She is great, we have had all our animals in her care and she does a great job and loves the animals. Shes a little pricey over the next guy but you pay for a quality vet. We are confident as we are dog breeders and she has seen over 20 of our animals and 4 family pets.

Don't go here. They only care about money and will let your pet die while they charge you absurd amounts of money. No joke.
