On the two occasions I have called this business, I have noticed that they try to sell me service I didn't need. One time I had a sensor problem with my tankless water heater and they said first we need to descale for +$500 without even seeing the machine. I have no scaling problem in my plumbing. The problem was fixed by someone else at a much lower cost and he told me my machine needs no scaling. On both occasions I stayed away from them.

I contacted Nasa following an almost disastrous service call to another HVAC company. That assessment led to a sales call that advised that my A/C was not worth repairing and that the furnace also needed to be replaced. When I contacted Nasa and provided technical information, Amit did some preliminary research and was able to provide a reasonable assessment that also required a service visit to confirm. His cost for the service visit cost more than most HVAC companies but that seems to be because most use the service call to get in to sell you equipment you don’t need. He doesn’t.Amit was able to assess, cost out the replacement condenser fan motor and recommend a capacitor replacement after showing me on his meter that it was nearing end of life. And since he did some preliminary research on my A/C unit, he had already sourced the parts and was willing to repair same day!During the entire service and repair, he also gave me a free education session I call it, about maintenance and care for the furnace an A/C. This is a professional that will remain in my contacts and that I recommend to call before most other HVAC companies. An honest opinion and technically smart.Thank you Amit.

Amit came to service our thermostat. We had tried to replace our old one with an Ecobee smart thermostat but then our furnace stopped working. Amit was here for 3-1/2 hours and told us the new thermostat was faulty, and we needed a new gas valve which he could have driven in from Markham on Easter weekend Saturday, at God knows what cost. We declined and said we would wait until replacement thermostat arrived and then get furnace fixed up after that. We decided to call Top Care Heating and Cooling to have furnace cleaned in the meantime to see if perhaps that was causing gas valve problems. Ridvan arrived - started the furnace up (so no gas valve issue) and it turned out Amit had not wired thermostat correctly so he rewired and got that going as well. The job to fix thermostat issue, clean furnace and and ensure heat going was completed within 45 minutes at a cost of $192.10 vs. Bill of $678 from NASA for basically making matters worse, wanting to install parts we didn’t need and not fixing any of our problems. Would not recommend this company.

Very timely response to an emergency furnace repair. Arrived earlier than promised and had our furnace up and running within a couple of hours. This includes a run for parts. Very pleased with the outcome.

What started out as a service call on my boiler, turned out to be a full replacement of a boiler, long past its best before date. Amit Gupta was delightful to work with, taught me a ton about my heating system, helped me update my thermostats and I ended up with my dream of unlimited hot water! His follow up post installation was terrific and I will be a client for life. Looking forward to our spring rendez vous to get the AC in tip top shape!

Long story short Amit came by and provided a quote and some options. Decided to go with him because he answered all my questions and customized the install based on my input.I was very happy with the result. He is professional, conscientious and will do a great job. He is patient and answered all my questions. I took some pictures to share the result. He also called me to follow-up on the install which is a nice gesture. I would definitely recommend him.

Many years ago, our house had a brand of boiler that only Nasa was certified to service, so that's how we first met Amit. Our heat stopped working and we had a baby and I called him in a panic. He made us a priority and fixed the problem quickly and cost effectively. He came out more than once to save the day. After we did a major renovation, we had a new system installed by the contractor's team. We suspected it wasn't working as described and I thought of Amit. Once again he was quick to respond. Unfortunately he had to give us the bad news that the system had not been installed properly and that the repairs would be costly. He worked with the manufacturer to get parts replaced under warranty to help save us money. After the repairs were completed, the difference was immediately noticeable. He has kept in touch to be sure we're satisfied and that the system is working well. I really appreciate the high standard he has for his work.

Amit repaired my tankless water heater the same day I called and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He does not cut corners and makes sure the job is done right the first time.

Absolutely amazing service! Called during a heat wave and had my A/C up and going in no time. Honest, punctual and efficient. Called a few days afterwards for a follow up to make sure everything was in working order. I’ve recommended him to everyone that I know.

Had the team out to replace a rented water heater with a tankless. The team was great to work with - showed up on time and not 'within a window' which was very nice. They estimated the time it would take very well, got the job done in 1 day - cleaned up really well, there were no surprise charges - and they even fixed a safety that another contractor did wrong with no charge. Would definitely recommend
