They were extremely efficient and quick, even though I submitted everything close to the deadline so I appreciated their efforts even more. They are extremely professional and focused. The firm itself is polished and there's always a warm greeting received from reception. An easy 5/5! Will be happy to refer to others.

I was previously working with a big accounting firm in Kelowna and was hesitant to make a switch as it was both an inconvenience and an uncertainty of possibly making a bad decision. I was referred to Tyler Krenz from Grant Thornton and from the moment I sat down with him, I was loaded with great advice and information (this was before I even committed to becoming a client). One Star is too much!This firm was recommended to me by another professional as I required specialized tax services. I am not new to accounting firms so continued to be appalled at the sloppiness of the handling of my file, and downright disregard to responding in a timely fashion.From initial contact to a date where I was asked to sign a letter of engagement was TWO MONTHS, after I had repeatedly asked if I could give the firm a retainer so work could commence.I was hoping to write directly to a partner in the firm, but alas only to discover I WAS dealing with a partner.
